Grace made the new car purchase SO easy!

Our sales person Grace knew everything about the Kia we were interested in. The whole dealership felt relaxed and friendly. Our buying experience was very easy. We got the exact model and color combo we wanted.

The price for the new car didn't have any extra fees or dealership charges worked in to haggle with, the price was fair, and the trade value they offered us was reasonable and right about where we expected based on book value. There was no need to try and negotiate anything on this deal. I think some negative reviews from a few months back might be referring to the past owners- since everything about our experience was great. Even the paperwork guy Gene made it all quick and easy on us with no hard sells on extras.

I was very pleased with my recent vehicle purchase. The salesman, Tone, was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. The process was not high-pressure and was smooth. The GM, John, was also very nice and helpful and provided options for me to get the vehicle I really wanted. Nice dealership and service department too.

I finally had enough of my money trap of a car and gave these folks a call. The process started at 3 PM with Amber the sales manager. They picked me up at work in the car I wanted so I could test drive it. Amber set me up with Yassine to do the final sale and paperwork. Yassine was awesome, he was able to answer all of my questions. I drove out of there just before 8 PM with my brand new car

Ton Knight was my sales person he was absolutely amazing. he heard everything I was saying and we agreed on everything. he got me everything I wanted in my new car and more. I couldn't have had a better experience. not only was he kind and a genuine person he was funny and would just carry out a conversation and laugh and make jokes with you. he made me feel welcomed throughout the whole process. Brandon my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was selecting my new vehicle. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed! He was very sweet and told me I can email him anytime if I have any questions or need anything at all. Ben the finance manager was also very nice and assisting, he of course was also educated on everything and was able to explain things to me in layman’s terms. Ben also threw in some goodies with my car purchase like a Kia keychain and a tile which I was very happy about. I’m so glad I went to Dan O’Brien Kia and I would recommend them to anyone!
