Goodies Cell Phone Shop and Electronics, Came here to sell my phone because I was just gonna throw it away because it had a big crack in it when I dropped it on the ground accidentally. My mom suggested I sell it to a cell phone shop rather than just throw it away because why not get something out of it instead of throwing it away and getting nothing.

Literally the best. I am not kidding people. I ran my phone over with a truck. Maybe I got lucky... but he fixed it like brand new. but from years past to 2024 I have always had the best service here. Original parts as well.

My phone fell out of my pocket and got ran over before I could get it. Needless to say I needed to get a new phone. The old would turn on but the screen was unreadable. Goodies was able to transfer all my info to the new phone including pictures of my trip to Italy that I thought were lost forever! The Verizon

I have used Goodies several times now for various different repairs, purchases and services. Each time Sergio goes above and beyond with his can do attitude. The pricing and negotiations are always fair and reasonable. That is why I will only see him for all of my tech questions and needs. He has made a customer for life in me!

Over the last 5 years I have brought at least 6 phones and iPads to him to repair broken screens. I have also referred my co-workers, employees and friends there. Each time I have had excellent service, was charged a fair price, and the owner was right on time, except once where the part was delayed and he let me know immediately. It is very refreshing to deal with a kind and skilled business owner time and again.

Owner Sergio is a nice guy to work with. I brought in a popped up iphone 10 x due to battery problem. He replaced the battery and reattached the screen back without additional charge. Total cost $100 for this repair and I think it is an honest and fair price. Thank you Sergio!

I went to Sergio because of how great his reviews were and I am so glad I did! He was so kind and professional and did an incredible job replacing the cracked screen on my iPhone XS Max. He was knowledgeable and upfront about the cost and everything. I would absolutely go back to him if I need another repair.

Sergio is a true craftsman and did excellent work replacing the display on a Nexus 6 for me. A very nice shop, quick turnaround, and low labor costs.

Update: Here's a running list of all the other stuff Sergio has fixed for us over the past few years:

1) Restored a bricked LG G watch
2) Backed up data from a Galaxy S3 without a working screen
3) Replaced the screen on a Galaxy S5
4) Fixed a broken power button on the same S5
5) Replaced a faulty charging port on the Nexus 6

I wasn’t sure what exactly was wrong with my phone, but suspected the power button, so I went to Goodies. Sergio figured out it was the likely problem and started looking for the replacement part. He has a vast supply of existing parts for most phones, but mine was obscure. After some searching online, he located a replacement part in a nearby state and got it in two days. He made the complex solder repair within hours of receiving the part, and I was back in business right then. Fully functioning, good as new. Total turnaround for the full fix was less than two days. What a relief. I had even managed to clumsily wreck my battery without realizing it, but Sergio had a spare and replaced it for no charge.

The problem with my phone wasn’t obvious, so Sergio even offered to waive the labor cost if he couldn’t fix it (although the labor cost is surprisingly inexpensive).

Trusting someone with your phone and all your accounts and data that are on it is a big risk, and the tech repair industry can seem shady. Sergio is a trustworthy and capable businessman, making an honest dollar while keeping your cost as low as possible. I’ll go to him now any time I feel tempted to open my case.

Replacing my phone would have cost me nearly $500, plus the painful downtime. We replace our expensive phones way too often, but knowing they can be repaired, I’ll continue to get the most out of mine over several years.

Wow, the owner is fantastic. This is a family run place and the owner really cares about his customers. If you need a good used phone… This is the place to go.

Sergio is the best. He really cares about his customers and the products and gives excellent service every time.. I bought a used phone here for an excellent price. It did need some service a few months later and Sergio fixed it fast and for a reasonable cost. I tell all my friends to come here for used phones or for phone service.

Absolutely the best! My phone was no longer holding charge and when plugged in was stuck in a boot-loop. Sprint wanted $70 to open the phone and $350 to repair (no matter what the problem was). Sergio fixed it for me for $70. So, price is great, sure. But even better is the customer service. He obviously knows what he is doing, is clear up front in what he can do and how much it will cost. He fixed the phone and ran a battery of tests to make sure that it stayed fixed. Best of all, he fixed the phone!

Sergio was every bit as good as his reviews said he would be. I came in with two devices, an android that I'd gone to my carrier for help with (their advice, buy a new one), and an iPad with a headphone jack broken off deep inside that I'd taken to the apple store for which I'd received similar advice. Sergio fixed the android issue within minutes! The iPad problem was a bit more involved, but he still managed to fix that perfectly in a third of the time he'd quoted! I couldn't be more pleased. He will certainly be my first stop next time.

Sergio at Goodies is simply outstanding. I needed my iPhone 6s repaired after dropping it and forgot to get out to his place during the week. I texted him Saturday morning to ask if his store was open. He came in and in under and hour fixed up my phone like brand new. I'm not sure if he was planning on working or not but for him to come in was above and beyond what I expected.

Sergio is an absolute amazing person! My phone was cracked he gave me a free loaner, checked in when the parts arrived and when it was finished. Sergio is very personable and was a great help getting my phone settings worked out. My phone was locking me out all the time and he helped make it much more user friendly. He also replace my broken screen which was the main reason I sought his help. Highly recommend fixing your phone!
