Swiss Connection is a first rate jewelry store and I highly recommend it. Jean-Jacques (a Swiss trained watchmaker!), Nina and staff are all very accommodating and provide excellent service. I went to have the battery replaced in my watch. We agreed on a price, and at the last minute, the price was changed. Very unprofessional, and I feel like the jeweler was just trying to get more money from me for 30 seconds of extra work. I will not go back.

The watch that is cheap to you could have been given to someone by their dad grandfather ect with sentimental value.
