We purchased a Media Console. The delivery was white glove. The Men were so polite and very careful. We had a small problem. I contacted Abbyson customer service. The situation was handled so quickly and solved by Angelica. I would highly recommend this company. The console is solid wood and beautiful. We are happy customers.

My wife and I had a sunroom addition added to our home. The table, shelves and sidebar are being hand made from oak with a dark rich finish. We needed a media console that would be both beautiful and functional since this room will be the gathering place for many family events to come. After an exhaustive search we chose the Abbyson Oliver 70" Traditional Wood Media Console. It was exactly what we were looking for and the price was amazing!!! We could not be happier!!! It is a beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture and stands alone as focus point in the room. And best of all, it comes assembled!!! My wife is delighted by all the wonderful comments she gets about the console. Also, she had misplaced the dowels to install the shelves, so I contacted Abbyson’s customer service to order new ones. They were amazing as well. Fast, responsive and pleasant to work with. They offered to send me new ones for free. Fortunately, we found the missing dowels.

If you are looking for a media console that is beautiful and made to last a lifetime, look to Abbyson. They have so many wonderful pieces to choose from. In the past we’ve owned cheap media consoles and they just don’t last. This was a smart purchase. Finally, neither of us work for or have any association with Abbyson other than we are delighted customers. I hope this helps in your search for the piece of furniture that you will just love.

I purchased sofa set for living room and 6-piece bedroom set from Costco Abbyson Living. I like the product and saved great amount of money compare to local stores. Delivery is always on time and done with great care. The quality of products is far superior than compare to local store furniture. Their customer service is great and willing to help at every steps of your order. If there is something wrong, they are very supportive to solve the issues. I am totally satisfied with their service as well as their product.

Contact with Abbyson Living has been awesome. The living room set took approximately a month to get here and another week to schedule the delivery. The men who delivered our furniture were careful and polite. The leather is soft and the padding is thick but comfortable. Cristina H. is excellent to work with; she is friendly and expediently answers all questions and she went above and beyond to quickly coordinate with Costco regarding a refund we were due. The overall experience couldn't have gone better.

We recently purchased a couch set from Abbyson Living through Costco for my parents as a gift. Took only a couple weeks to arrive and sadly one of the couches came damaged during delivery. The box had a huge dent and cut through to the couch itself. The delivery guys unboxed to review how much damage was done. There were 2 tears from this on the arm portion and the delivery guys took pictures and said they'd report this and advised us to do the same and request for an exchange. I went through Costco since that's where I purchased them and they were a joke... Took forever to get through customer service and after explaining everything they offered a tiny credit or an exchange. I requested the exchange since the credit wasn't worth it and after a couple days was contacted by Abbyson's Customer Service (Danielle L). Danielle was extremely polite, personable and helpful. Costco needs to learn a thing or two from Abbyson because this is how you treat customers. Danielle offered a reasonable credit in case we didn't want to wait for an exchange and it was completely worth it. She was amazing and even helped recommend a couch cleaner/conditioner to keep the couches stay in good shape. I would definitely recommend Abbyson Living, their products are beautiful and their service is even better.

This is my second set of leather sofas that we bought and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the product and customer service that we received from Abbyson. Their customer service staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating to our delivery schedule. Their white gloves delivery service staff is very punctual and polite. They were here on time as promised and they set up the sofa set and were very thorough in explaining warranty and product care instructions. We are beyond pleased.

I had a great experience today with the delivery of my Roma bedroom set that I ordered from Abbyson. The bedroom set is beautiful and looked exactly like it did online. I want to mention how outstanding the delivery guys were. Their customer service was excellent. They were very professional, shook our hands upon greeting us and explained how to set the bed up if we ever moved again, plus they took their shoes off immediately upon entering our home without having to ask them to. Overall, I’m very happy about my purchase and I believe we will have many enjoyable nights in our new bedroom set.

AMAZING!

I have purchased two items: a media console and a large sectional sofa. The media console is very high quality, well-designed and the price unbeatable. After seeing the quality of the small item and doing lots of research and visiting furniture stores - I decided to take a risk on a large item - a leather sectional sofa - without being able to sit on it or feel it. Well, I'm so happy I did.

The sofa is great, good quality, good value. But, the most impressive thing so far - the Abbyson customer service! I am really impressed!

I wanted to buy an extra piece; the original store gives me a strange excuse about "security" and being unable to process it ?! - so, after emailing with the Abbyson customer service, they take care of it! Simple. Good teamwork among their different customer service reps, and good problem solving! The customer service at Abbyson is "real" - they listen to your problem and then work creatively to solve it, quickly, too.

I am missing some small plastic washers after delivery - seems like such a small thing - my husband says he'll try to find something at home depot... I take a chance and email a photo to the Abbyson customer service email - I mean these are small plastic rings - and a generic email address - a few days later - they are on my doorstep!!! It's almost unbelievable. My husband can't believe it.

I am writing this review because I was afraid to order such a big item online, but I read other reviews and decided to take a chance. Glad I did!

I ordered this chair in gray from Costco and must let you know how spectacular this chair is. The comfort, quality and style is great. I spent $1,200 last summer on a leather recliner from Lazy Boy and your chair is superior.
I also purchased my teal leather sectional from Costco a few years back which is from Abbyson Living and it is my favorite piece ever purchased.
The leather on both items is superior as is the construction. Costco pricing for these items was fantastic.

I love the quality of the furniture. I bought the sofa set in blue color which is beautiful! There was an issue with the stitching on one of the piece's of the sofa. I called Abbyson and they promptly replaced the piece for me. After the replacement, there was another minor issue that was also promptly taken care of. Customer service exceeds all expectations. If I have to buy another sofa set, I will definitely consider Abbyson.

This is the first time we ordered a couch online, so had mixed feelings about it. But, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The sectional we got appears to be high quality, the firmness of the seats is great, and the leather quality is top. We have had an Ethan Allen leather coach, so we have been able to compare the leather, and I must say it is very comparable. I cannot comment on the durability, but the sectional looks and feels sturdy, so would be very surprised if it will not last for years to come. Lastly, Abbyson's customer service is great. The sectional was delivered with some flaws, but after contacting them, Abbyson worked quick to resolve the issue and offered a variety of options to make it right. In overall, I am very positive about the company and their products.

Very happy with the service we received. From the set up of shipment date to contacting us with an hour advance notice of delivery. Delivery set up went exceptionally well. The two guys setting up (Edgar & Jimmy) were very professional, consulted with us as to the placement of the furniture pieces and cleaned up after it was over. Very happy with the price and the quality of furniture. Very nice leather. It's slightly smaller than our previous set of sofa/loveseat/chair & ottoman, it looks better in the room now since it is slightly smaller. Very comfortable and looks great.

They have good customer service. If you have any problems with your order, just email them. Costco canceled my order abruptly because one of the 3 pieces of furniture that I ordered as a set was out of stock. I was very disappointed to learn this weeks after placing my order. HOWEVER, after contacting customer service at Abbyson Living, I learned why the order was cancelled, and they said I could place the order if I could take delivery of 2 of the pieces and then wait a few months for the 3rd and final piece. So a good resolution given the circumstances.

I own a Leather sectional from Abbyson Living. I have been really pleased with it for over a year already! Recently I noticed discoloration along a couple of the seams, and Abbyson has provided me with an outstanding customer service and several good options to resolve my issue. Their delivery and set up is equally good, and they will remain top of my list for future furniture purchase. Thank you, you have gained a faithful customer!

The Go To Chair. I purchased an Abbyson Living recliner for our living room. My wife decide to redecorate and purchased high dollar furniture from a showroom floor. I new that I wanted something comfortable that looked good. I declined the showroom models. Instead I searched online and found an Abbyson living recliner. I had it delivered. It is a wonderful piece of furniture. Extremely comfortable and very well made. The funny part is that every time we have a guest they go to this chair instead of the very high dollar furniture my wife bought. The really great thing is that the family dog also loves this chair. I have to kick her out of it when I want to use it. Abbyson living is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to everyone that I know. I could not be happier with the product or service (delivery) that I received.

We are very pleased with the look and feel of our Austin 4 piece set of Abbyson furniture.  The quality, look and feel are exactly what we were hoping for. It is most unfortunate that the top grain leather on the couch and loveseat were damaged (probably during shipping) but we are very satisfied after discussing the issue and receiving a price adjustment.  We are especially impressed with the manner in which the Costco/Abbyson representative Krissy handled this situation, expressing real concern and regret regarding the damage and then processing our request in a timely manner.

We are very happy with the product and service we received and will gladly purchase at Costco again.

I purchased the Vera Fabric Sleeper Sofa with storage. I am happy with the fabric quality and sturdy construction. The sofa length 83 inches is perfect for my small TV room. It is firm for a sleeper sofa, which is my preference.
The classic style looks good compare to European lounge. The 80 inches wide storage under the seat is easy access and large for putting in blankets, bed sheets or whatever. Friends always compliment this new grey sofa for the design and beauty. The delivery was on time with good care. The staffs are friendly, helpful and patiently explained to me how to do the sofa assembly. I appreciated their positive customer service attitude. A well designed product from Abbyson with good value and comfort.

I ordered a 6 piece bedroom set from Abbyson Living. It was a great price for 6 pieces. The furniture is well made, very functional, and simply beautiful. Veronica, an Abbyson Living Customer Experience person was extremely helpful in being sure I was completely satisfied. I would purchase again from them.
