Donna is the absolute best!! I have never received such kindness from a barista before. She is always so wonderful and is an asset to their shop.

We walked in to be warmly greeted by arlene and as we ordered arlene helped my daughter decide what to get, and even told us her favorite drink, and now it’s mine too. As arlene was pulling the curtains up she found a harmless fly and her kind hearted self brought it outside to let it live. Plus the music is AMAZING
Arlene is so sweet. Excellent service!!!

I had one of the worst experiences at Starbucks this morning with the drive thru cashier refusing to remake my melted frozen drink. Was told it was a waste of product… I asked for a refund and left with one drink after ordering two on the mobile app and waited twenty minutes for it. Very disappointing. Never had a negative experience at Starbucks like I had at this one. I called when I got home spoke to supervisor Gabby who apologized and offered me a free drink for next time I visit. Didn’t get the cashiers name but this is probably not the first time she has treated someone the way she treated me.
