Have to give Jeremy and Jacob a shoutout! Truly excellent customer service. They helped me get the best deal on my project and the staff at this Sherwin Williams is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. 5 stars, every time!

Recently bought paint for my house. I was having a hard time finding just the right color I wanted. The store manager took the time to discuss the color I was looking for and how much paint I would need. My house is now painted and looks great.

Their customer service is incredible! I've purchased a variety of interior paints with the guidance and help of the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

If you want paint ANY COLOR KNOWN TO MAN this is the place. Great service, knowlegable, kind, good natured folks. Who know their stuff about all things paint!

The young man who assisted me was very helpful. He was able to get the perfect color mix to complete my project, which came out beautifully.

As a professional painter it is important that my materials and supplies are good quality. I can always count on the staff here to get the job done right and quickly. They have matched colors for me while I wait, and have gone above the standard for customer service.

This store has been supplying me quality paint for over a year now (4 years before I was an owner I also used Sherwin paint), but this review is going to be about the people working here. The people that you meet when you go in. Regardless of their intense sales training; these guys are the most helpful and enjoyable human beings I've ever experienced in a store. They feel like family now and I've YET to feel this way about other stores, restaurants or service-providers. I truly want to mention the incredible experience with the following favorites of mine here: Brian Hagan (regional sales manager), Connor (branch manager), Brian (the absolute most helpful and personable associate in the company, much deserving promotions in my opinion to corporate-level service management for the nation), Spencer, Jeremy and Mariah. You guys are all so great I consider myself lucky to know you guys and hope for a generally successful career in painting as to grow and continue working with you guys. Thank you so much

EXCELLENT customer service. Great selection of paint types (matte/flat/gloss) and huge and terrific selection of cutting-edge and traditional colors/tones/tints. Nearby. Easy to get in and out because they're mid-size to small stores. NOT overwhelming (like warehouse retailers).

I have good experiences with Sherwin-Williams always but this is my home-town neighborhood store and they are great. I always have prompt, friendly and professional service and get products that I trust and rely on. S-W is my go-to brand and I am never disappointed.

These people are very concerned with your painting needs. They go to Great Lengths to help you out and to answer all your questions. The product that they sell is excellent and they have very experienced help I would say that if you value your time you can accomplish this by using good products and Sherwin-Williams has them Charlie

No fuss, no problems. I told the guy the name of the color and started to tell him the code number and he finished it for me....they know their stuff. They were quick and as always carried the paint out for me. I've needed nitrile gloves forever, I've been getting by with the last little bit I had, he found some crazy thick gloves in the back. That'll work!

Sherwin Williams has helped us figure out what we need for our projects throughout the past few years. They went out of their way to track down what we needed during the 2021 supply shortages. 10/10, would recommend

Knowledgeable staff helped us with our projects. We needed paint for the garage floor and deck paint. Lots of good information and help. This is why we use Sherwin Williams.

We have been working on a major house painting project, and the crew on Harrison in Olympia have been spectacular to work with throughout. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, even when it means remixing paint because you change your mind about color. I cannot sing their praises loudly enough!

Super friendly, well staffed, and very knowledgeable. Store was very well organized and seemed to carry just about anything you could want in the world of paint.
