I want to send a shout out to Andrew at the Verizon Store in Vermilion OHIO. He walked us through adding a line / changing my plan and dealing with customer service on the phone at the same time! Patient and willing to get it completed all the way around! Great job - great costumer service!!! Thank you Andrew!

Tommy Sheldon at the Vermilion Verizon is top notch! He's helped us with products in the past. Today I phoned him with an issue, he helped us with the claim process and as a result have a repair appointment scheduled tomorrow. His professionalism and willingness to help customers are what make him a great asset to Verizon! Great job Tommy!

The staff was super helpful in getting the equipment I wanted as well as making sure I got the best pricing. The assistance in activation and synching 3 devices was efficient and all my questions were answered. It was so much easier than ordering online and setting it up myself!

I had my father in this store today & Justin helped us. Justin was so patient with both my 85 year old father and me. He walked us thru loading an EKG app, helped clear things out of phone, and was so knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all kind. Justin went out of his way to make sure we understood how to use the app, got my dad into a phone with more storage, loaded everything from dad's old phone quickly, then went thru it with dad to make sure it was all in the new phone. I will go to this store with confidence that there are employees here who really know what they are doing-particularly Justin. Thanks Justin, we really appreciated everything you did for us.

I had a great experience at the Vermilion Verizon! Andrew D. was very helpful, fast and knew exactly what he was talking about. I was in and out in less than an hour and he set up my entire phone, screen protector, case, pop socket and all. Will definitely be returning!

Larissa at the Vermilion store is excellent!!! I work in Elyria but live in Vermilion. I figured that the Vermilion store is smaller than the Elyria stores so I made an appointment at the Chestnut Commons store. When I got there, there was only 1 agent working and 4 people ahead of me. So much for having an appointment! So I walked out and went to the store on West River in Elyria. They had more agents working but were just as busy. I didn't want to wait so I decided to try the Vermilion store on my way home. I was the only customer and Larissa was so very helpful! I upgraded on the trade-in promotion. I got a new S22 with a new case and screen protector. Larissa took care of all of it including the data transfer from my old phone to my new one! I was extremely pleased!

I recently was in this store to get new iPhones for my wife and I. Larissa took care of me and made the process seamless. She was very kind and was able to answer any questions that I had. She made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was aware of all costs and fees that Verizon has. This is the place to go if you want honest, fast and exceptional service.
