I went to the Vermilion store today & Stephanie was very helpful. With all the computers problems & then the debit card problems I was having. She was able to deal with me for 3 hrs, yes 3 hours . I would very much appreciate always dealing with her. She was very patient with everything going on & was able to get everything handled for me.

Was very pleased when I went in today to pick up a new screen protector...we just bought the phone there yesterday and the protector broke already today but the girl working was very nice and replaced it for free since it had only been 24 hours... Appreciate the great service!!

Allyssa is AWESOME! I would drop Cricket if it wasn't for her. She was single-handedly able to fix my cellphone issue, getting it working again. This Cricket website, however, needs to be correctly updated to show 'Open' when the store is actually open because it's presently showing 'Closed' and yet I'm sitting in the store having my phone fixed. Also, glad this Vermilion store is now open more hours because I have come here in the past many times only to find it closed.
