I should have read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order on sept 7 th. On September 14 th I received an email indicating a label had been created and my item was to be shipped. As of Sept 24 th the item has not been delivered to the United States Post office for shipping. I have emailed them and messaged them on Instagram numerous times and they have not responded. They have horrible customer service. As other customers have stated do not order from this shop. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also it appears from other reviewers they may be committing fraud. I plan to follow up on other options as well regarding this.

Placed an order 4/6/23. Never received order but they did take my money! Have reached out multiple times and barely get responses but when I do it’s always the same “it takes time” but no. There is no way it takes this long. Horrible. Definitely was scammed!! Do not order.

If i could give zero stars I would. I should have done my research first before placing an order with this"boutique" I really feel like I have been scammed. I placed my order on August 16 it is now October 6 and no product has been shipped. I have tried contacing them by e-mail but no reply. I have filed complaints everywhere I can. I wouldnt want someone else to go thru this.

I have had the same issue as everyone else. I placed an order in June and it is now December and nothing. I have emailed asking for refund and one response was they had just received a shipment that same day, but after that, I haven’t heard anything else.
I wish I had read the reviews first.

I placed an order with them 4-8-23 and it was a preorder and I understood it would take time. I reached out to them a couple of times and they have responded but this last time haven’t heard a thing. I will find away to get my money back you can bet on that. I will spam their tik tok if I have to. Never order anything from them, you have been warned!!!!!

I placed an order April of this year as of yet have not received my sandals. I have emailed them asking for a refund. Which they say they don’t have a refund policy. This is ridiculous! I will never shop from them again!

Please file a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. It is not acceptable for this business to not provide the goods we purchased.

I placed an order January 21, 2023 and have not received my order as of today August 17,2023. Reading the reviews below me, it is interesting to see that this is JNL’s boutique norm. What a shame that you have no regard for your business’s reputation. What a shame that you have beautiful goods 🇲🇽 that you scam your customers out of. Furthermore, I will not be purchasing from you. As far as my refund, I will figure that out. While I am here, I would like to add some feedback, perhaps you can attempt to make your good’s cruelty free. Not sure if you could reach that potential Or if that would take you an additional year to provide customers their order. Just a thought.

Will never order again. The customer service is non-existent. I placed an order 12/29, it is now 1/16 and I’ve received ZERO communication. Already sent two emails which have both been ignored. I don’t know what to do without a phone number or customer representative to speak to. This isn’t right. My card’s already been charged and at this point the shop is taking advantage of its customers. They’ve been posting on social media non-stop but can’t find the time to respond to their clients. Please don’t support this place unless you want to go through the same thing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I read all the policies just to make sure my order had arrived in time. Policies do say items pre ordered will take approximately 2 weeks. My order was over 6 WEEKS LATE.

I hd to emailed multiple times, I had emailed on a Monday and I had finally gotten a response Friday when they were closing and do not answer emails during the weekend. After multiple emails (first email 10/09, second email 10/10, third email 10/24, response from JNLS 10/27) I find out they had one of the items in stock, asked if it could be shipped to me and they told me I would have to pay for EXTRA shipping. After being upset they offered to ship out the item that was in stock. And even after they told me the item that was shipped was actually NOT the item they told me was in stock. They did not do anything really to make it better the constantly blamed it on switching customer service reps due to having complaints previously.

Items are nice. But I will never order from them again due to their customer service.
