As soon as I entered the building, Anthony stopped what he was doing, and gave me his undivided attention. He was such a pleasure to work with. Anthony was attentive, kind and open to all my concerns. He's a great asset to your organization. There should be clones of this young man. I'm truly impressed by him. Thank him for me please again. Abel is amazing! He is so patient, knowledgeable, kind, and even empathetic towards the issues or decisions you have to make when choosing a new phone. I can tell he multitasks well. He gave me great advice on the new phone options in general. Im very happy with the decisions I made in the store & just really happy with how my visit went at AT&T. Abel!! My SIM card just stopped working and needed a new one.
The wait was not long, and the team was very attentive. As soon as someone was available, they assisted me in less than 7 minutes with my problem. I also inquired about a possible upgrade or future purchase for a phone. Was provided useful information and look forward to a future purchase, Thank you!

The sales rep was amazing and super helpful with what I needed done gave me all the options there were in what I needed chose the best one told him didn’t have time at all I was in rush he was very kind to do everything for me and get it done in less than 10 minutes he was nice kind professional and very knowledgeable and helpful

Five Stars because of the service Angie provided us. Thank You for your help. I went there for the purpose of a new iPhone 14 and she was Very helpful. Also while the transfer from the old iPhone to the new iPhone took a while she had a nice conversation with us that made the time go by so fast. I would go back again next time I need help, Angie is nice !

Waited more than 30 minutes because this location was busy but the team did a great job at updating me on wait time and who was in front of me. When it was my turn (I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 12) the woman who helped me was very sweet and we got it done very fast. Another plus is that they keep it so clean and sanitized by constantly spraying and wiping after every customer

The customer service I received from the gentleman at this location was exceptional. I’m big for writing reviews on service and his service definitely deserves every star given. He was fast, polite, and understanding of my situation. (Lost my phone and had to take a flight in a few hours) I was literally in and out!

I had a wonderful experience with Pedro, one of the managers at this location. My phone’s screen went black and I had a new phone to set up to replace the non-working iPhone. Because all of my passwords were saved on my old phone with the black screen, I was unable to set up my new phone, since I did not recall my Apple ID information. Pedro went above and beyond to assist me with getting access to my account, even after speaking to an Apple representative (who had no idea what he was talking about and was totally incompetent). I truly appreciate him taking extra time to sit with me and find a solution. My new phone is set up and working like a charm. Thank you, Pedro!!!! Your positive attitude made a stressful situation easy to handle.
