Starbucks

This place never fails. Been coming to this Starbucks in Prosser, WA since it first opened. Great place to get a bite to eat, some caffeine, and use the free WiFi. Thank you!

4:30 in the morning and these people are wide awake and have no problem even if you just rolled out of bed, stumbling your words. They have no problem fixing a mess up, and they even recommend they fix it. Will be back.

Not a fan of the food tho.. but that is my opinion.

Yes, I am one of those pumpkin people and live off iced pumpkin chai lattes during these months. I only wish they would adjust the flavorings when you order a venti. Yes, I know I am able to ask for more, but I feel like it would take it over the edge. You baristas know better than I do so I wish it was done automatically.

It is early Sunday am , I was up all night traveling, came in here cranky. Staff All of them , went out of their way to be more than helpful and pleasant. THANK YOU !!!!

Great service. Delicious mochas and chai latte. The patio was a great place to take in the sunset. Lobby was open for takeaway. Lots.of table set up outside for socially distanced sipping. There was also a drive thru. Great accessible bathroom. Everything was clean

Prosser Starbucks is a fantastic stop while en route to Tri Cities or Seattle. I have visited this location multiple times and have always appreciated the friendly staff and their helpful service. Whether I need a quick pick-me-up or a delicious snack, they never disappoint. I highly recommend stopping by the Prosser Starbucks if you're looking for a great experience on your travels

Friendly staff every time I visit and the manager is very friendly and helpful, she was working right along with everyone else and helping wherever help was needed. Had the sausage breakfast sandwich and a caramel ribbon crunch, both were very good 🙂

I recommend the Tomato mozzarella sandwich. It is delicious.

I stopped by for a pound of ground coffee. The bags were all whole bean. I inquired about ground coffee and the young lady with the beautiful smile behind the counter immediately figured out I was not familiar with Starbucks, she cheerfully explained she could grind it for me and did. Thank you.

This place is always busy but they always give great customer service! Today I was helped by an awesome woman who really cared about her customers and who you can tell really appreciates her co-workers. I’m just super bummed I didn’t get her name. All I know is she thanked her co-worker for making my sandwich really quick (since I was in a hurry)and she mentioned my name a few times. I really felt appreciated! I hope she reads this and know that she’s appreciated too!

I love the friendly service at this particular Starbucks...Employees are very helpful with their suggestions of drinks! I'm not a Starbucks drinker but I will always come back for this drink.

Good coffee and drinks. The cashier bought me a coin purse because I had nothing to put my change in. 🥰 I just love people like that. Love the white chocolate pistachio latte! Idk if it's on the menu but they made one for me and it's awesome. Aso little egg mini omelette things are super good!

Loved going to this Starbucks. The employees were so nice and in such upbeat moods. Super friendly and sweet. Whoever worked around 5pm on 2/21/2021 thank you! Your smiles and positive attitude go a long way!
