Molcajetes Family Mexican restaurant

Plans for mom's birthday party fell through so we had to scramble to find a new location. We only had a half hour to make this happen. We called and were told it would be no problem. We showed up 18 strong and the staff made us feel right at home. Friendly staff, great service, and delicious food made for an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious and plentiful. Server Maria was awesome, did a great job. Raw oysters were delicious. Macho burrito big enough to share. Will without a doubt return.

Returned 8/13/23, food was good, service a little on the slow side. Prices seemed higher than they should have been. Overall it was fine, but not excited to return.

It was very nice to sit down with the family and have a good dinner.

The food and service are both great and the portions are generous. This is a fantastic place to take the family for a meal and also a great place for lunch in the heart of Grandview

Wow! What a delicious place to eat with homemade tortillas! I had the chicken fajitas and my husband had the carne en salsa roja and we were in heaven! Yummy place I highly recommend eating here.

Delicious, affordable, family-friendly, amazing service. I would highly recommend to family and friends if you are in the area. My wife and I ordered the easy to navigate menu and our food arrived promptly. Both of our dishes were delicious and the home made tortillas just added to the delicious meal. We will certainly be returning the next time we are in Grandview. Thank you Molcajete for an amazing dinner

We are not from around here, we came across this place by google search. It is very authentic!! Fresh and homemade tortillas. Delicious!! Would come back here again!! Lots of food on 1 plate. Great Margaritas!!! Very nice restaurant!!

The parking is slightly limited but the food was fantastic and well worth it. The oysters were amazing best I've had. The service was also fantastic extremely friendly and never left us waiting long for anything definitely a new favorite!!!

Wow best food I've had in a long time! The corn tortillas were fantastic! Even the refried beans tasted better than any other Mexican restaurant I've visited.

Visited for lunch. I had the combo with the tamale and an enchilada. Both were excellent. The service was very professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Can't believe all the poor reviews here. My wife and I eat here everytime we're in town. We've probably eaten at Molcajetes over 30 times. As Mexican food lovers I can honestly say it's the best Mexican food we've ever had. Standouts for us are the chili rellenos, carne asada and tortilla soup. Oh and the tortillas are home made and amazing!
