I really appreciate the customer service at this store. Special shout out to Brenda who helped me with my Amazon returns a few weeks ago.

Brenda was welcoming, friendly and she even helped me navigate my orders at Amazon to help print the correct return label, her patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me is very much appreciated.

The people and service is amazing, and best of all, within walking distance for me.
First off I NEVER give 5⭐ because it gives no room for growth, however that being said, the time, effort and genuine care EVERY team member has with Every customer is beyond priceless. Thank you all.

Most of the people here review about the company as a whole. My experience is with this particular store. When compared to the other ups stores this has been great and the staff were polite to me. Got out very soon after drop off.

Veronica and her team are beyond amazing!! No matter how busy the afternoon was they greeted every customer courteously while at the same time finding creating ways to help me and my wife pack large packages in a a safe and cost efficient way!! This by far is the best UPS store we have ever visited and would highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. Veronica was very helpful with my large shipments, including a musical keyboard and a computer monitor. I appreciated her explaining the cost breakdowns to me and her willingness to take my questions. Would highly recommend.

I was relocating from the US west coast to the east coast in Canada and I had 9 boxes to ship. The Packers and movers were expensive for this size of shipment. I called this UPS store about my situation and Kate was very helpful to let me know upfront about the cost to ship, customs declaration, tips to pack my boxes and the expected time of delivery. All the boxes came to the destination undamaged and in 1 week as Kate mentioned with only $30 CAD import duty attached for 1 of the 8 boxes I shipped with UPS. To give a comparison, I shipped one of my box with FedEx (worth $90) who took 4 weeks to deliver the box to the same destination and had an import duty attached ($40 CAD). I thank Kate for helping me with this shipment and the reasonable cost associated with this shipment. I would recommend only UPS for US-Canada shipping especially when relocating. Do note that UPS is more widely available in this part of Canada compared to FedEx and UPS might be able to support better for crossing the border.

Well I have a mailbox at this UPS location for about two years now. They are efficient and the quick if you KNOW what you are doing.
1. Very fast on time package notification with digital signature services
2. Mailbox is 24/7 and you can access the box anytime you want.
From what I see, you can print and ship online, drop off, or request a pickup.

This is the second time I had excellent customer service from this UPS store. Jay was sooooo patient today with all my requests to change addresses and phone number in labels. She spent a lot of time with me helping and I greatly appreciate her professionalism. Highly recommend this store. Thank you!

I had a really, really good experience at this UPS store, all due to an employee named AJ. I brought in three packages going to the same place. She went out of her way to condense them into one box and then make that box as small as possible to help save me a ton on shipping costs. She was really helpful and polite and will make me want to return to this specific UPS location.

Kate literally saved my life today!! She responded so quickly to a pick up request, confirmed the pick up, sent me the receipt and the entire experience was so incredibly smooth. We corresponded over phone call and SMS and she picked up the package on time so that we could send it off in time for overnight express shipping.

Kate is the best! I frantically called looking for the tracking number that I tossed out (for my work), thinking it wasn't needed. Well, two weeks later, no delivery. Kate was able to resolve my issue in a matter of a couple of minutes and showed me it actually was delivered! She spent time reading me the tracking number and I typed it into the UPS tracking portal...naturally, because I'm having a super bad day...it gets deleted accidentally because I hit refresh..ugh....and I have to call Kate - again! Kate answers the phone and was delighted and was so patient with me - she looked up my info, found my tracking number (again) and never, ever, had a tone that I should have kept my receipt to begin with. She was pleasant, kind, and so patient with me - this thoughtfulness from Kate has turned my what was starting out as a bad day, into a pleasant day! Thank you Kate!!!

Very very friendly staff. Also they are very quick in providing the serviy. I go here often for Amazon UPS drop off and they are very quick in making sure I can drop off and leave as quick as possible.

This is located at a shopping plaza with many other stores and restaurants. So finding a parking might be challenging during busy days.

Hope you are doing well. Me and my wife visited the UPS Sunnyvale store yesterday to take some printouts, xerox and get a few documents laminated. My wife was very particular about the type of paper being used for the printout (she wanted a high quality glossy paper). My wife also wanted the finishing of the laminated document to look good. Miss Rond Mae very patiently heard the expectations of my wife and personally helped her choose the paper, cut out the required area using the cutting machine, and Miss Rond made sure that the lamination was done beautifully. In fact she went above and beyond her duty and did the lamination twice till she was herself satisfied.

I have never seen such good customer service. Miss Rond really loves her work and tries her best to help and give a positive experience to the customer. She is very patient, understanding and empathetic. Though meeting my wife's expectations took some extra time, there was not even a single expression of frustration/irritation on Miss Rond's face. In fact even the other staff members were very understanding and did not disturb Miss Rond while she was attending to us. We are very pleased with the overall experience and highly impressed with Miss Rond's customer service. We wish her all the best for her future endeavors. Thank you.

A long time ago this was a Mailboxes, Etc outlet and I have been using their services since then. I have used them for shipping, packing, notary and supplies. My friend who lives overseas uses them as a post box and comes by every year to pickup mail. I have been very satisfied with the service throughout the decades.

Kate was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and kind. I had to ship multiple boxes to Canada and she knew exactly how to get me the best price and the fastest service.

Kudos to the employees who are always courteous and helpful. This store is always my "go-to" UPS store.

Really nice and friendly employees. Brought in boxes of paper to shred, well over 100 pounds all together and they got rid of it pretty quick.
