They have excellent prices for high quality merchandise! The carpets are only sold here now - not Berkeley location. Closed Sunday, Monday. Love going every week!!! So fun!

They have greaaaat stuff for 50-70% off. And across they have a separate place just for rugs but it’s only open thurs-sun.

I’m unreasonably afraid of aisle 4. Selection was great! Got some nice grabs for the fam. All staff was wonderful. Aisle 4 is really freaky. Will recommend.

Outlet is OK. Very hard to sift through the rugs. Not impressed with the outlet merchandise

I was disappointed in the customer service here. I simply asked a few basic questions but the staff was so negative and condescending. I guess they must get a lot of complaints? Still might be worth the trip because some items looked like they were in decent condition. As far as the damaged items are concerned, I thought the prices were high.

Stopped in last Saturday for the first time. Inventory seemed to be very low but there were a lot of dining chairs, stools, and rugs available. Linens were picked over and the lighting section was very limited and things didn't look like they were in great shape.

Dining chairs were around $200-300 each, a few dressers for $2,000, and larger chandeliers for $1,000. So.. things are discounted, but not super dramatically.
