MIDATLANTIC DELIVERY SERVICES

If I could give this company one-star, I absolutely would. The communication skills severely lack when it comes to their "Delivery Window". I had a furniture delivery scheduled today between 9-1 PM. The driver reached out to me, and said no one was home. He was correct. He said he would wait 10 minutes for someone to get there to let him in to place the items ordered where they needed to be. In order for him to deliver what he needed to deliver, I had to rearrange existing furniture.

As I was pulling up to my home, I watched him leave a door tag and drive away and then refuse to answer his phone or respond to any further messages from me indicating that I was waiting for him to deliver my items. I called the number on the door tag and was told I would have to pay a "ReDelivery Fee". He then refused to turn around to deliver them...it might have been less than a mile away when I called him repeatedly.

How about no? How about you hire drivers that actually follow through with the "10 minutes" instead leaving after 6 - because I timed it and it took me less than 6 minutes to arrive at my home from office.

Terrible Customer Service. Terrible drivers. Terrible everything. If I can avoid this company again, I will.

This company is ridiculous. They give you a 4 hour window of when your delivery will get there, which is fair and makes sense. Then, they showed up over 5 HOURS after that window and say it was a “scheduling mix-up” and “it was a computer glitch”. I spoke to Tiffany, the manager, and she was nice enough, but the rest of the staff are incompetent. If you have to deal with a Darryl Kimbrough, he’s an extremely rude.
Ashley Furniture uses this company. Save yourself the money AND the hassle and just rent a truck and pick the stuff up yourself, OR don’t buy from Ashley. I’ll never buy from them again, sadly.

The hours here are wrong. They close at 7pm. They give you less than 24 hour notice of your delivery but are expected to be available. They also say you must call to confirm or you’ll be charged a restocking fee. Then they call you later in the day and you try to call back and they are closed. I called them this morning and have been on hold for 1.5 hour to confirm my delivery. Ashely furniture uses this company. I strongly suggest buying from stores that do not to save yourself time and efforts.

I never experienced such horrible customer service, the manager Tiffany was very unprofessional. I would advice you not to use this company, they don't care about their customers. I would give them no stars if possible.

No one answers the phone when they request you call them back to confirm delivery - waited on hold for an hour and still no response. Then, called the number on this page and the person hung up on me after a few seconds - pretty sure this is the wrong number!

Impossible to reach. Don’t answer the phone. Website doesn’t work. Delivery over an hour late and Ashley store say they can’t reach them either. Frustrated.

This company is trash. I will be requesting store credit or a refund from Regency furniture who used this delivery company
