Went To Purchase Street Fighter 5. The Current Copy I have Is Not Working Properly So I Needed A New One. The Customer Service Was Great. I Also Purchased The Protection Plan Which Was Inexpensive. I'm Looking Foward To Making More Purchases.

Went to pick up a controller that was sent from another store. There was only one associate working and he did his best to service everyone in a timely manner. However, it was hard for him to enforce the social distancing rules and run the entire store. He did call out to customers coming in once there was too many entering at once.

I came in and Elijah was really good about answering all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about most of the games we spoke of and if he didn't know, he would find out for me. He was very helpful. I stayed in the store almost an hour and really enjoyed the store and the staff!

One of the best game stops I've been too... Always have been friendly and very helpful! I pre ordered a game at a different store but this location was closer and the guy took the time to tell me I could get it switched to pick it up there and he called right away to do it for me. I walked in another time and a replacement was speaking with a child about Pokemon and the rep was very friendly and engaging. Even made sure to ask me what I needed while he was multitasking to make sure I wasn't waiting to long. Makes me always want to go back to that store!

I take my son here all the time. Even if there is a line to check out, they move pretty quick, so you're not waiting very long. The staff is kind and very helpful.

I have an autistic adult son that I needed to buy a star wars helmet for. i had to know it fit. The store in Reynoldsburg won't help me I called the canal store and the manager Shane opened it up put it on his head know I know it will fit. Thanks Shane so much ❤ I will be back.

The best GameStop I've ever been to. Everything was well organized and clean. And the employees were so friendly and helpful. The day we were there it was just two employees and one was being trained. The head employee was amazing with multiple customers. And very polite to the trainee.

The employees at this location are always very helpful and very enthusiastic about what they do. It helps because a lot of the employees here are Gamers themselves and it's always nice to have people that are into the same things working in the industry that you were seeking products for.

The employees here are outstanding and seem to really love their job. I'm impressed by this location and wish to make this one the location I only go to.

The kids that work in there are very helpful... I usually stop in there for the older games .. they usually have really good deals on that stuff....I found a old game in there for my Xbox 360 for like 12.00 used...it's still kicking....if you can't find it in there they will help you get it somehow

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a worm welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable and are very quick to answer all of my questions.

This place has a great selection of games. The last time I was here, they had many games for both Xbox and PlayStation. I'm pretty sure they have them for Nintendo (the Switch) too. Great staff as well!

I come here all the time. I like the staff and they're always trying to help you get good deals. Best GameStop I've been to, by far.

It was close to closing time on our visit, but the employees were still able to help us find a new game for my son. He also got a mega pack of Pokemon cards and a Sonic pezz.
