I recently changed my phone service to T-Mobile, and I can say it is great! Service is great so far and I have zero complaints. This store has amazing customer service! Damien was super helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and cleared any doubts. I would highly recommend.

T-Mobile in Garden City, KS has the Best employees!!! My husband can’t say enough nice things about them and how knowledgeable they are. We are going to move all our accounts over because they make the process so painless and Damien and Alfredo are beyond amazing!!! They are genuine and make us tech dummies, that’s me, feel much better about technology! Thank you so much for always being a bright spot in a stressful process, Damien!!!

Sales staff was super knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with us. Spelled out the plan in black and white, and showed us some different options to help us save. Glad we switched to T-mobile, and glad we were able to do it with such a professional staff.

Great all around experience! Our internet has been getting slower and slower for a while now, all while prices kept going up. We thought we’d try T-Mobile, and so far it’s been a great experience.

Switched over cellular service and then a month later home internet. Live in Ingalls so having an affordable option for quality internet is awesome. Very happy with making the switch.

You've heard of Jake from State Farm? He doesn't have anything on Henry from T-Mobile

Had some issues porting #s because of the other carrier the guys have all been very helpful we are satisfied with the service they provided and still are !! They got extra people on our issues and got it fixed... glad we made the switch

Had to cancel order because sales person didn't know what they where talking about. edit- After contacting BBB T-Mobile corporate reached out and rectified my issue.

One of the gentlemen was nice and willing to do what he could to accommodate me! The other guy was a local and really didn't seem to want to perform his. Job duties!

EDITING TO UPDATE: I finally hung up from being on hold after 34 minutes.

I should have read the reviews way before switching to T-mobile. From dropped calls, text being delayed for days to the other person sounding like a robot. I read the responses from the managers on the reviews from a year ago which they said changes are coming and how they're working hard on upgrades and that it takes time which I totally get, however that was a year ago and I see the exact same problems are still happening yet we pay far more for the service than the other companies for such horrible service. I'm on hold now waiting for support and have been on hold for over 20 minutes now because when I called the local Garden City, Kansas store they told me they couldn't see how much I owed to pay off my "free" phones I got when I signed up so I can get out of this mess and find another company so I can have service and they told me that I had to call #611 to find out ~sigh .... I've gotten the information before but now that I want out of the contract they can't access it 😒. I'm serious y'all do not become T-mobile customers because they honestly don't care their customers don't get the service promised! Like another reviewers mentioned "DON’T TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS" They're either fake or workers trying to boost their stars!
