This review is long overdue after the unforgettable, 5-star service provided by Christian at this location. After spending more than 5 hours on the phone with Verizon's customer service (by no means is this amount of time an exaggeration), and being transferred from one department to another, then back to a department, only to be told that I would need to go into a Verizon store to resolve my request, needless to say, I was out of patience when I arrived. After praying in the car, the Lord would have it that He sent me Christian. Not only was Christian a new employee to the Verizon store, but he proved himself to be more competent and knowledgable than the dozen or more representatives I had spoken to previously. All I needed was to reactivate a former business number and attach it to my new phone, so that I would still receive calls and texts. Thankfully, Christian resolved this within 45 minutes from the time I walked in. He couldn't have been more kind, professional, and compassionate towards my frustration. A problem solver with a can-do attitude, Christian is a huge asset to the Verizon team. For this request alone, Christian deserves a raise and recognition. I was so impressed and relieved when I left. THANK YOU a thousand times and more, Christian, for your help! To VERIZON CORPORATE: Be sure you recognize Christian, and those like him, who truly MAKE THE DIFFERENCE. If it weren't for Christian, you would have lost me as a 7+ years customer.

I came to Verizon on Highway Ogeechee and I met with Annie. She was great and very professional, helpful and intuitive. She answered all of my questions. We are seniors and for us to have this kind of help it was a blessing.

I had a perfect experience with Jessica and Trey! They were both super helpful and kind! Jessica was quick, helpful and just all around made my experience here 10/10. THANK YOU GUYS!! enjoying my new phone!!

I came in today and met Jackson with a friendly face. I was concerned that I would have to buy a new phone. Jackson worked on my phone for 2 hours and did everything to get it back on line. Customer service is the key to everything in the public and Jackson is the perfect Poster Salesman for Verizon

Reese Worthington provided EXCEPTIONAL service at this location!! Being totally honest, I went into verizon incredibly upset with the high costs of my recent monthly bills. Reese was more than understanding with my frustration and she went above and beyond to help figure out the cause of the overpriced bills. she spent over two and a half hours with me until the problem was resolved. I left verizon as a happy customer thanks to her!

I wanted/needed to trade my phone in & I wanted the best deal. Mr.Ethan at the Berwick store helped me find the best deal phone & plan wise, all within my budget. He was very patient with me & even went into detail about my bill & helped me erase fees I didn’t need.
Though one of the devices wasn’t available in the store, Ethan made 1 phone call & the device was available for pick up at another store conveniently close by. He organized a smooth pick up at the Abercorn location with Mr.Zackery. He made sure I left 100% confident with my purchase, my account, & experience. Amazing experience.

On this day, I met with Mr. Mike Rodgers at the Verizon store on Gucci Road. I had a terrible fraud application on my phone that I was charged normal amount of money and he spent several hours helping me get this straightened out and as far as we’re concerned, he is the best, he is the best Verizon agent we have ever had, and I would highly recommend him for anything concerning Verizon
