What can I say? I love this store. Just about any craft or hobby you can think of, you can find supplies for here. The staff is helpful. It can get busy at times when checking out, but they usually try to open more registers and employees seem well trained. Good clearance prices during season changes as well. Ordering on line for in-store pickup is also very convenient and very organized. Unfortunately, in recent months (2023) the care and stocking of the yarn area has deteriorated. it is very messy, but there is still alot of variety, so I still rarely leave empty-handed.

Anna was very helpful, attentive , amicable, personable and courteous while assisting me in the Custom frame department. Her service was so exceptional that another customer came back to showed Anna her beautiful recommendations on his wall...she made them come alive...that's how you know someone knows and most importantly know what they doing!

It has decent stock for any artist or crafter. The prices are good. And you can find stuff you like on clearance sale. The small blank canvases are very affordable, but the larger ones (2, 3 ft.) are too price-y. Sometimes a lone checkout person could use help with the socially distanced line.

Lots of sales and coupons e-mailed to you. Great for teachers, camp counselors and parents, who want to get arts & crafts supplies for their children/students. Plenty of free parking. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees at the cash registers at check out. Would definitely go back again!

Michaels is one of our favorite places since we are a crafty family. We went shopping this time for yarn and embroidery thread. Always clean and well organized. The people that work there are friendly and courteous.
