I went to Lowes Bayonne and did not expect the customer service that was received. Brian is absolutely excellent at his job. He said he's been there for over 7years and it showed in his character and professionalism. I even found some amazing deals on products I really needed for my tenants. I will definitely shop here again.

I have to say this process of walking in to the store, interacting with Dez, and getting my order delivered was the most seamless transaction I have ever had. Dez explained everything thoroughly and was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. Absolutely great customer service and professionalism. My favorite home improvement store. I come here all the time, and seemingly everyone knows me by name already. The staff, especially at the service counter, is friendly and helpful, and their return policy is just unrivaled and I never have any issues returning unused items without receipt, even months after I purchased them. I love this store and rarely have a need to go to a competitor. Highly recommended!

Needed moving boxes, and the size I was looking for was out. Not only was I able to find someone to help me, he was able to find some and he helped me put the number of boxes I wanted on my cart. Great service.
