The staff here is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. They always greet you with a smile and a hello as you enter the store. My son loves this place and could spend hours and hours in this store if you let him. The staff always takes their time and explains things to him, and they surely show passion and patience when it comes to 16 year old questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing staff who happily assisted me with my RC and were very clearly knowledgeable about what they do. I've been trying to fix my RC car for MONTHS and they went straight to work and explained exactly what they were doing and let me know what the issue was. Thank you so much Hobby Town! If you are looking to buy or need any help with something you already own....this is the place to go!!!

If you like scale models, RC cars, Gundam or other anime characters this is the place for you. They have loads of kits, accessories, and supplies on shelf. Not to mention the knowledge that everyone who works there has about the various disciplines of scale modeling. So if you're new, just getting back into it, or have been in the game for a while definitely check out the good people at Hobby Town.

This place is a holy grail for those who has similar hobbies with me like custom RC cars, Model kits, miniature dioramas, or just collections of toys. The place is quite small but every wall is filled with items you can buy with reasonable prices.

Extremely helpful and supportive. Brought my traxxas rustler 4x4 in because I replaced the motor with the brushless system and only the steering worked. Guy took it apart and knew what the issue was right away and got it fixed for me on the spot. Very good service and knowledgeable staff. Five stars

To be honest, i usually expect to be gouged at a small local store like this. I was really pleased to find that their prices were roughly in line with what i saw online.

Great for a small store! Staff seems pretty chill and knowledgeable. This shipping delays are hitting them pretty hard though. so if they don't have it just wait like the rest of us.

I'm not sure what's up with these bad reviews, but my first experience was nothing less than excellent. While they didn't have a suuuuuper tiny paint brush for painting the fine detail on my 1/100 MG Gundam pilot; I was provided tips on how to get that fine detail. They have all the paint I need for my custom job. I'll for sure be in next week to get my supplies. Shout out to Nick and the other guy (sorry, I didn't see your name) working today.

Fun place to go and get som cool toys for big kids and little one too. The have a wide range of RC toys and plenty of parts to fix or upgrade your wireless hobby needs. They kits ready to go or you can build your own from the ground up. The even have models and some table strategy game stuff too.

My experience at this store has always been favorable. The staff is friendly and will answer questions for a noobe like me. All the spart parts I needed have been in stock and the prices are the same as the online retailers.

I'd rather keep my money local if I can, so I will continue to support this store whenever possible.

Bought a new Traxxas Maxx and had some issues with batteries not fitting. Traxxas doesn't ship the fastest but everyone was great keeping me updated and when traxxas didn't come through they made it MORE than right for me.. I will definitely come back.

Alex at HobbyTown helped me for over an hour with the utmost courtesy, helpfulness, and patience! While he perfectly also helped other customers simultaneously. This was the best customer service experience I could have hoped for. I highly recommend this store and the helpful and knowledgeable staff!

The manager John is extremely friendly and has a wealth of knowledge. Every time I go in he’s willing to give me advice or teach me how to do something. I’ve learned so much about scale models just from going in and shooting the breeze with him.
