Monica helped me move two huge pieces of furniture into my very little car the other day! she’s always so helpful and personable, we need more people like her in retail!!! wish i could give her 6 stars!

Well Hi ya there, Hope everyone is in good health!this store, is good, but I find it a hit and a miss, sometimes your lucky and sometimes your not, but it is a fun place to shop, so if you haven't tried it ,do so, and take a friend,well talk with you later, see you all next time!!!

Fun just plain fun. You don't have to be needing or looking for anything to have fun in there every week or so just about.

My boyfriend and I were shopping there this week and he went to the dressing room to try on clothes. Phyllis was there to help. She helped him choose what pants fit well on him. He said it was the best experience he ever had. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Phyllis!

I was shopping in this store recently and making purchases for a new home. It is an hour from my home but worth the drive to shop in such a friendly store. I was so impressed with the organization of the store but even more importantly with the staff. Olivia and Krystal went above and beyond to assist me with finding some specific items and even loading them in my car. It is obvious that management of this store is creating an atmosphere where excellent service is the priority. I will shop here whenever I am shopping in Silverdale.

Good variety of items, worth the trip!

I don't know why I'm giving this store 5 stars.... The many hours of torture I've had to endure accompanying my wife here..... But she seems to like it... like they say happy wife, happy life...

I rarely write reviews for stores and I rarely return to a store based on good customer service. But, Mario and her team were absolutely amazing. I live about 2.5 hours away from the store and I had realized after getting home and going through my bags that I didn’t have everything. I called the store and talked to Mario and she told me to come talk to her next time I was near her store. I did just that and she and her team were absolutely amazing, helpful and understanding. We were not able to determine what I did have and what I didn’t based on the fact that Marshall’s receipts don’t specify what each item is- instead separates the items by department. We also were not able to determine what happened. Because, of that I did not ask or demand for a refund. I was just hoping to find the product possibly left behind at the store. It was not able to be located and she went above and beyond and met me half way with a refund of the items we could not guarantee that I received. I purchased a bunch of holiday items as well as clothes. It was the clothes bag I was unable to locate. So, it was easy to determine what items may have or may not have been left behind. I was understanding of the whole situation because the store was chaos the day I went in and extremely busy and those workers are doing their absolute best during this crazy holiday season. I will absolutely continue shopping at this store. They were under no obligation to do what they did. Especially because we couldn’t determine what had happened. Mario and specifically my cashier were extremely kind, nice, understanding and had great customer service. Thank you Marshall’s team at Silverdale.

I like the store but sometimes it seems like most of there clothes are for old ladies. I have to really search for more modern stuff

I like going for items for the home, not so much for the clothes. Today I puchased blankets and dog beds. They have a stocked selection of hair products, soaps, facial oils and body washes. Friendly staff, too.

Always stop here with my brother he checks out the shoes and the hats. Good prices when you can find what your looking for. It is hit and miss with the prices being so low. Stop on in check it out and if you find something you could use or want you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended

Having a Marshall's in your town is quite an asset. We found great bathroom accessories, awesome chic pillows, and beautiful furniture. Very organized and simple to find an abundance of items.

I couldn’t find a nice dress to save my life for a important event Monday evening. I had been searching every TJ Maxx affiliate store in Kitsap and Gig Harbor, JCP, and Macy’s all week with no luck. My friend and I were at the Trails one hour before my event. I gave up on finding a dress the day before. We decided to go over to Marshall’s just for the fun of it. Just for kicks I looked at their small selection of dresses. The woman working at the fitting rooms (4 or 4:30pm) on Monday 3/11/19 was so wonderful and helpful in helping me decide on a dress. She was very honest, respectful, and sweet. It was so great to have a perspective from another person. She was awesome!

Love Marshall's. Everyone very nice, good prices and great merchandise. Cat stuff is great and priced reasonably. Its just a nice place to shop.

Consistently stocked with great variety of merchandise, the store is well organized with helpful, friendly customer service and prices that can't be beat.
