Nuts on Clark

I stop at Midway and O'Hare locations every time I travel through Chicago (several times per year), and it always hits. Service is fast and friendly, and the popcorn is THE BEST. My favorite is definitely the spicy cheese. I understand the complaints in other reviews regarding service, but I have never had a single issue. Chicagoans have a reputation for being direct, which may disagree with those traveling outside of the region? I'm not sure, but I absolutely love this place. I am especially grateful for the newer location at Midway, and they open at... get this... 5:30am. What more could you ask for?

I was highly disappointed with popcorn purchase at Midway Airport earlier today. I always purchase their popcorn when I visit and when I got home popcorn tasted gooie not fresh at all. I spent almost 30.00 too because I usually love their popcorn. This was not a good experience this time.
So I reached out to them and they mailed me fresh popcorn through FedEx. Great customer service and this popcorn I just got was fresh and I will continue to support them. Thanks again for better experience second time around.

The best caramel popcorn I have ever had ! I was walking, waiting to catch my next flight. They were giving out samples I got a small bag. I should have got a large bag. I am ording some to send to my house.

Every chance I get to fly into Midway, I will always get some popcorn. This past August, I got some stale popcorn. I called the store and went through all the details. The manager called me back the same day and they resent me my order. The customer service and guest recovery is top notch 👏.

Service quality is always spotty. You have to read the employees to see how fast you need to order or if you’re allowed to ask any questions without bothering them. I’ve got that down so I feel comfortable going here. Despite that, I always stop by here when I’m at MDW. Their popcorn is savory and always worth a stop.

This is my vice whenever I head to Midway. The popcorn is just good. No strange aftertaste, usually warm, fast enough line. It's just really tasty and consistent junk food.

Not really sure why all the negative reviews. Got a 10 oz caramel cheese mix. Was amazing. Will definitely get again next time I'm in O'Hare airport!!

Fresh; straight out of the popper. Bought a few small bags of the cashew and pecan. Around $5 per small bag. Quite tasty.

Good Chicago popcorn. A bit slow on the service, but otherwise good!
