I was given a gift card by one of my lovely clients. I got a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso and instructed the employee to use half the sweetener they usually use. She made it perfectly! Very satisfied and will be back!

Great & friendly service. Very clean and well maintained. Had my summer favorite vanilla sweat cream nitro cold brew.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in PA. Amazing staff with a great sense of humor. Always nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling and providing to their customers. Good job!!!

Great customer service! They were PACKED on Thanksgiving Day, but worked their best to make sure that each customer was taken care of.

We ordered online two minutes before we got in line like dbags. The guy inside let us know we just ordered in a kind way, but we knew it annoyed him (just like it would have annoyed us). Our order was ready very quickly

Very nice service! Fast mobile order, kind baristas! Very delicious drinks! Supports police officers and many other teams, groups, and people! Very accepting when you walk in their doors you will feel comfortable & welcome!!

I love going to starbucks, weather its with friends, my boyfriend or just by myself. The desserts are always amazing when heated. Just today at the carlisle store I got a heated cheese Danish and it was out of this world. The flaky crust and sweet cheese filling went together perfectly. My every day go-tos would Definitely be the machs latte, chai latte and dragonfruit drink; but my boyfriend highly recommended the new Java frap. I hope this review is helpful.

My roommate and I stopped by right before they closed, but the employees were very nice and quick to make our orders.

Drive thru was very busy, so I went inside & was almost instantly greeted. A few people waiting for their orders already. I went to the register, again cheerfully greeted. Here I was assisted with reloading my Starbucks card on my app with no hesitation. I rattled off the first 3 drinks but when coming to my personal choice I hit a snag, forgetting the stipulations of ordering a trenta. With ease & no distain, I was give an explanation once again. This whole transaction occurred in mere minutes, drive thru still humming. Many Barista's working together, helping each other & using verbal cues such "behind you" were all going on in the small preparation area, so previous people waiting were long gone. I got my cup carrier, took a seat for a few minutes & the drinks started to be called out one by one for me to load in the carrier, my wait was so short I took no notice to how short it actually was. Upon leaving, I paid special attention to the drive thru & yes it was still just as long as it was when I went in. This particular crew on this day were a well oiled machine. I failed to notice names, they were all so friendly while being busy!

I go to this Starbucks on the daily. Kind staff!. They've always greeted me happily no matter how busy they are. Coffee is always wonderful. As for the other people leaving reviews & who are complaining about them closing early...THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED like everywhere else. Be kind....

Stopped by right after they opened in the morning to get some coffee and treats for my wife and kids. Service was great and the employees were very friendly. The woman who helped me even helped me select non caffeinated beverages for my kids. Love the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich!

Visited on Thanksgiving Day 2017 and the staff was super friendly. I would have thought otherwise as this is a day to be with family and not working, but they were all very nice. This was my first ever visit as I won some gift cards, otherwise I would not come here. Got a fancy french donut and a coffee for $8.00. Hmm. A bit salty. Still, I give this place 5 stars due to the terrific staff today. Thanks for serving on Thanksgiving.

Always my go-to on my way to work when I believe I have earned a more expensive coffee than McDonald's. 😅 Drive-thru is convenient and goes decently fast.

Also, if you ever feel like you could improve as a consumer, I would highly recommend enrolling in the Rewards program. That thing has had me spending more money than I feel comfortable with for years!
