Giant Eagle Deli

Bought some frozen meatballs (turkey) a week or so ago, used about half the pack that night and the wife and I thought they tasted bad, threw the rest out... Bought two packages of frozen burgers for a recent cookout, one package was fine, the burgers were normal, red colored patties, the other package of patties were brown, stuck together as if they had been thawed and refrozen and had become freezer burnt.
Been shopping there for years, but the place is a far cry from what it used to be and we are tired of going in and having only one register open for checking out. Who wants to put a full cart through the self checkout line?, rediculous. Time for a switch.

Ordered a deli tray for our post Christmas get together. Sadly, the olives were filled with mold. When we looked at the tag, it had been packed 3 days prior to pickup on the 26th! When we contacted the store, they did refund our $$, but then we had no food for lunch. Had it been me, I would have at least offered to remake the tray or provide a gift card for a future purchase! Very dissatisfied.
