Starbucks

I went through the drive-thru, so I can't address the "atmosphere" of this store. My drink, however, was very good, as was the service and the cheery attitude of the person at the window!

I love this little starbucks. The staff is so friendly and the service is top notch.

Went through the drive through this morning with my Fiancé, as it is her birthday and we wanted to use her birthday coupon. Unfortunately, the coupon never pulled up on her app, but the staff was willing to still give her the free drink and it was a very wholesome start to the morning. The staff at this location have always been super kind, and it is super appreciated!!

The staff here is always great! Even though they are short staff, they are still always so nice, especially David. Actually, all of the staff! I didn't get to read their nametags 🤭🙈 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfectly made drink. Employees were friendly and speedy. This store is out of our way, but went the extra miles. The Starbucks in Wildwood was our go to until they got new employees and didn't train them very well. Four times our drinks were wrong. So now we drive the extra bit. Nice job Ballwin Starbucks.

So.... I get that it's Labor Day but when your lights are on, your drive thru is lit up and there's no sign on your day that gives alternate hours of course people expect that the business would still be open, right? Other people who pulled into this drive thru also thought the same thing. So when I pulled in all I get is, "sorry, we're closed" and a bunch of people in the background just cracking up. I felt like the employees were making a joke out of the fact that I mistakenly thought they were open.

This morning I was in and it was busy. There was a woman complaining and almost had an employee in tears. This location has been so friendly in the past- but they were incredibly professional and so wonderful handling a tough situation. Props to the staff

Love the good vibes and energy here. Had some time to kill before daughter's ortho appt, barista went above and beyond (didn't catch his name). Wish all Starbucks were this inviting !!!

So far I've never had a bad experience the only thing is that it takes forever sometimes especially when they're backed up but other than that the drinks have always been of high quality. This is my go to coffee place it's my normal everyday Starbucks that I go to

Good food, good drinks and their pastries are really good. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Good number of seats both inside and outdoor. Lots of space for parking. The staffs is very efficient and seems like they enjoy their jobs. They are always helpful. Love how they encourage for you to customize your order to fit your needs and wants.

I come here often and always friendly! Just went in and was greeted by my name as he was making my drink, which was so nice! A good Starbucks location!

I love coming here on my way to work. They’re quick and always friendly. The only thing I wish they’d consider is re-routing their drive through line. As it is, everybody blocks the handicap access parking and handicap access sidewalk ramp. They should fix this.

My wife and I go to this location almost daily. I always look forward to seeing Lynn and hearing her iconic "See ya at the window, Thanks!" She makes a true effort to get to know and remember her customers which creates a feeling of community. Everyone else has always been kind and curteous as well.

I've been to several Starbucks over the years and this one has been my favorite. Every time I've been the staff always seems cheery and happy to help. They also get you what you ordered pretty quickly. Everytime I stop by it always puts me in such a good mood to be served by someone that genuinely seems happy at their job.
Side note- their smores fraps are amazing here, some places make them where they tastes awful haha

This team has their A game on constantly! Lynn and the other early morning workers are always so pleasant and friendly at 6am! They closed temporarily for staffing issues with Covid and they are not fully open all day because of that, so prepare yourself that some days they will not be staffed to open. They’re doing the best they can in a tough situation!

This team is so friendly and fast.
They just move around each other full speed effortlessly and their communication is on point. Like.... I know this sounds scripted but I haven't seem teamwork like that in YEARS. I was shocked in the best way.

I love just walking into the place as the baristas are always so friendly. I was looking for a quick breakfast bite to eat and a yummy latte and there it was! Easy peasy. The cherry on top was two Barista Bear ornaments. I always am grateful for those things that add to my day and make me smile!

This is the single best Starbucks location in the entire universe. The staff is of the highest caliber, every drink is made with love and attention to detail, the manager is an Empress among managers. They truly work every day to create inspired moments in customers days, all day, every day. The regulars are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and they pride themselves on the quality and speed of service.

There is simply no other Starbucks worth going to on Manchester Road in St. Louis county, period.

Ellie was such a helpful and upbeat Barista! Our drinks came out super fast and perfect, even though mine was a little complicated. Great atmosphere!
