My experience with my neighborhood CVS has been first rate. The pharmacists and their techs are knowledgeable, helpful, and very thorough. For fairness, more clients should recognize the gravitas of their work. The meds and guidance has to be right all the time. Nahn, TJ, Arturo, Lori and some other others are hands down some of the best pharmaceutical professionals that I’ve ever had the pleasure of regularly working with— vis a vie the Veterans Administration, Walgreens, Publix or otherwise. This team deserves a lot of credit for being thorough, ethical, and going above and beyond every chance they get. Keep up the good work guys. Y’all are a model of efficient customer service for pharmacies large and small. My family I choose CVS at 1209 Del Prado S. We won’t go anywhere else.

Pharmacy came thru huge for us when we left our meds at home while on vacation. The promptness and fantastic service made our trip.

I would like to give much praise for pharmacy staff Maya Adel Rhim, she point blank went over and above, to scheduling my booster appointment, their address would not populate on the website. She scheduled me that way. Initially another pharmacy rep flat out denied request, which was rude and abrupt. Maya is such a valuable employee, you can not train courtesy, kindness or extended assistance. Thank you Maya‼

This is the only pharmacy in this area that has been helpful. Michelle in the pharmacy is phenomenal. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. With the ridiculous amount that we pay for health insurance and the high deductibles, she went above and beyond to get my script down from 350 to under a hundred by searching different prescription saving options. Any other pharmacy would have just called it a day and charged me 350. I will not go anywhere else!

The Pharmacy staff Ash is friendly, takes time to learn your name and all family names. Greats with huge smile, takes time to talk to you I think he is a greats assist to this location, they change staff constantly when they have a great fit they end up leaving to go elsewhere, cvs needs to step up and ask why they are looking staff. He is the 2nd great pharmacy staff Katrina left she was great too.

Customer service is really great here …. They always try to help …. Pharmacy can be a little slow but they have the drive-thru…..& the phone ringing non stop …..I love cvs tho …..
