AT&T Store

Jay and his crew helped me again with exceptional service. They once again took care of a major problem caused by a salesman at the Clovis CA location. I will never use another location as long as Jay and the Selma CA location continue to operate. They spent hours helping me without any compensation or complaints. This will be the second time I am upgrading my entire family through his store. Thanks, Jay and crew. Carl

Great Customer Service! Alex helped us when adding a new line and understanding our current billing structure. We stopped by an hour before closing and they were kind enough to stay past the closing time and helped me pick out my case. I appreciated his help.

I want to give a shout out to Genevieve! Forthe outstanding customer service she provided. She went above and beyond her job duties and engaged like no other. She was persistent on her goal in helping me achieve what I had set out to accomplish with getting a situation resolved. She remained professional when talking to other representatives on the phone and apologized in them not helping my situation. She gave me all the resources I needed. My visit at AT&T was very pleasant. Daniel Navarro helped me with a payment I had to make. He also helped my family set up their account to port over from cricket. The process was quite quick and he listened to any concerns we had and answered accordingly. He was proficient, and helpful during this process as well. When deciding to get a new phone, accessories, or anything you might need, especially in the upcoming holidays you should consider choosing Daniel for anything you might need!

As soon as we got into the store Daniel came right up to us and began helping us. We were trying to trade in my phone but it still had payment on it but he let us upgrade for one of our different phones. He also helped us transfer the data

My fiancé and I had such a great experience with Monica and Edgar at AT&T in Selma. Their great customer service and great communication made this new transitioning to AT&T much easier and we realized we made the right choice changing to this courier, definitely recommend them for any services needed!

I hate buying new phones because usually it is stressful. As soon as I walked in the Selma AT&T store I was greeted like an old friend. No sales pitches, no pressure to buy things I would regret later. I received outstanding customer service from Monica and the entire sales/IT team. This is my store for life.

Genevieve was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me and over exceeded my expectation.

So, I am writing this review because I felt very compelled to inform anyone considering going to this location to know who to get a hold of for the best possible customer experience you will ever receive. A couple of days ago I went to this location to get my son the new iPhone as I realized there was a promotion going on. The problem was that his birthday was coming up in a few days and there was a sense of urgency to have the phone delivered before the big day. An associate by the name of Sunny -- whom was assisting me on getting the phone, realized the dilemma and took it upon himself to jump every hurdle for me to get that phone there on time to make my son’s day that much more special. Not only did he show empathy, compassion, and unmatched quality customer service, he also helped me save over ~$300+ on my yearly bill by switching to paperless automatic pay. This young man truly knows his stuff and clearly needs to be commended for his first-class effort!-- (At first, I thought he was a manager, but I was completely flabbergasted when I found out he was not!). All-and-all, the phone arrived right on time and was truly the icing on the cake for my son’s birthday! & the look on his face when he saw his new phone was utterly priceless!

Great experience, Edgar, store manager is a great representative of AT&T. He is kind, polite and very patient. I highly recommend dealing with our local store and he represent what true quality service is!!! He got me a great phone on sale, helped me get credit on my old phone. He is 5 stars for sure.

The store manager, Edgar, went above and beyond today in helping us update my mom’s ancient iPhone. We got the phone in the mail and it was not going smoothly at home at all. I called the store just to see if the time it was taking was normal and he was kind enough to have us come in and he was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes! I highly recommend!

Staff is very welcoming, and helpful with questions regarding my mobile plan. I have been in the store multiple times over the last few years and usually get a different person each time. This last weekend Felix helped my wife and me out. Superb customer service skills and just all around great guy! Friendly and knowledgable.

I was helped by Jacob Romero, who provided great customer service. It felt like he went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I got the best possible deal. Even when I came back a few days later to ask some follow up questions, he was very accommodating and made sure to walk me through any questions I had. Nothing better than good customer service.

First off I would love to thank Felix for his out of the ballpark customer service. He was real cool about everything and made the fun buying experience an exciting one. Even though the store was busy he still managed to take care of me and customers as they walked through the door. From answering questions to answering phone calls to working on getting my new account up and running and set up. Felix didn’t let any customer feel left out. No doubt Felix went above and beyond with helping me out. I highly recommend going to Felix for all your cellphone/service needs. 5 stars all around on the service and customer service experience.

Staff was really welcoming. Great store with great customer service. Had a really pleasant experience getting my new phone with sales representative Felix Igartua from the Selma Store. He was very informative of the products they had to offer and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend this store location. Thank you!

Jonathan is super helpful and because I deal with him, I will definitely keep going back for him to help me. He has helped me switch from Verizon to AT&T and I'm happy I did switch.
