Back on June 30 we were in Far Northwestern Illinois for our sons wedding, and my POC failed. Coming from Oklahoma, we were concerned about the ability to get a replacement. We called the 800 number and we quickly got a call from the local office in Dubuque, IA. She schedule a time later in the afternoon to deliver. She got there early, and had the equipment we needed. I'm sold on Aero Care.
