The staff was nice and courteous. Got my popping hot coffee served quickly and exactly how I ordered it.

All the Starbucks locations are awesome and the vanilla bean frappuccinos are the best!!!... And I know this thanks to Ronnie... Lol

Ruth provides the best drive thru service every time. With great recommendations and always good day vibes. Drinks always the way we ordered and quick service in the best when starting off a busy day with the kiddos.

I’ve ordered Mobile pick-up a few times here and the orders have all been correct and tasted great. My new favorite is an Iced Blonde SF Vanilla latte with vanilla cold foam.

The new remodel is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is really fast and friendly!!
Love the drive through option also.
Need to try this out.

This is my favorite Starbucks to order from. I always order ahead and they never get my order wrong. I love going through the drive through just because they have the nicest staff ever. They always greet you and they have the mobile orders ready with the name labels facing you so you can see your drinks and grab them without having to wonder if it’s yours. They are fast and friendly. I just love coming here, coffee and friendly staff make my day!!!!

I really loved visiting this Starbucks on my way out of town. You'd think is was just another nothing special Starbucks location, but don't judge a book by is cover. I was in line waiting to order a drink for my wife and I while heading out if town. I couldn't help but be amazed at this Manager's love and care he had for every single customer. You could tell he was genuine and he truly wanted to make their experience top-notch. He helped solve issues and took his time, the customers that he helped left smiling and happy. I'd work for this guy!! This location does it right. I never got his name but he is a great manager who has an A plus attitude. For that I give 5 stars.

The 2 drinks I had ordered they were made to perfection. Starbucks employee Ian job well done in handling my prior dissatisfaction of my order and Cassandra thank you for your superb characteristics of an individual at the drive-thru. Starbucks keep up the good work its making my day a little bit easier to handel with...♿😁👍

Good food, bright atmosphere, service is welcoming and appreciated!

Staff are always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The smell of freshly brewed coffee is heavenly. I love to meet friends there for a good chat, or spend quiet time on my own. Other patrons are friendly (I'm using crutches right now & someone always offers to get the door for me). It's just a great part of the neighborhood. Oh, just in case I forgot to say, they make excellent coffee & never mess up my orders!

Starbucks in Sherwood Gardens is hands down the best one I e ever been to. Their drive thru window moves so fast and smooth. The employees are very friendly. My order is right all the time.

SECOND best Starbucks in Salinas ;) supervisor raul goes above & beyond for his customers. The store atmosphere is always splendid when he’s working! The rest of the baristas are just as amazing.

they have a great team, people are friendly, very fast, they all learned my name and even know what I want before I ask them.

only downside, the bathroom that was the women's bathroom has a very week fan, and after a few people go in everyone else suffers, the smell stays for hours...

that's a bad management issue, not the team's fault.

Let me tell you a secret. The sugar plum croissant are back and they are the best tasting treat that ive ever put in my mouth ever. The best. And im pretty chunky so i have a lot of favorites so please take my word and try a sugar plum croissant. And if you like it like i know you will, please buy me one too. They are life changing GOOD 👍

Fast and friendly.
Haven't been to this Starbucks in over a year.. The customer service was horrible, drinks were always wrong and the Baristas were rude. This cisit was great.. the Baristas were pleasant and you could see how everyone worked well together.. Totally like Night and Day.. Great job with new staffing

This is small Starbucks so I'll call it cozy. I've been here a few times and find the staff to be friendly. Every time I've gone here I had the same drink and found each time it was made correctly. FYI, there is no drive thru. It's fir windows.

Starbucks never fails to make me feel right at home when it comes to a great tasting coffee much needed in order to get my day started at times when work really has me absolutely consumed and energy drained, a fast and cheap cup of delicious hot coffee makes me happy and gives me the motivation to continue to move forward with my day with work with life.
