Impeccable customer service. The staff is very informative of their sales. They are highly in stock of items which is good. Even if you can't find one thing you're looking for in particular there is always something else in store that you might like. So search around and be opened minded.

The customer services is great, the ladies are very helpful. The lady from the entrance greet very nice and she even ask what are you looking for and she give directions where to find what are you looking for and even send a message to one of the ladies that are in the floor to give more information about the item. I would like to give more stars to this store, because the customer services is excellent!!

I love Bath and Body Works and now being at home all the time, having a good smelling house is even more important to me. The fact that there is now one in midtown is a gamechanger personally.

Note Google keeps saying it is by Nordstrom Rack/West Elm. It is not, it is next to the Marshall's!
