SoulEdge: Heart and Soul

Arrived during the week, front desk personnel were cool with letting me take pics of the lobby. Love the painting’s & lights on the ceiling. Felipe at Cana, helped me out with my order of Burger w/fries and Chocolate Mousse. Kudos to the staff, and awesome Terrazzo white tile table design too. This visit is dedicated to my then ex German American gf. Whom made a positive impact in my life. Cue songs that we danced together : Madonna - Don't Tell Me (Official Video) [HD], Faith Hill - "Breathe" & Seal - “Kiss from a Rose” 🇺🇸🇩🇪🎸✌

I recently dined at Caña, a hidden gem tucked away on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The food at this Cuban restaurant exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

The menu at Caña offers a delightful array of Cuban dishes that are bursting with flavor. I couldn't resist trying their traditional Cuban sandwich, which was a perfect blend of tender roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on crisp Cuban bread. Each bite was a taste of heaven.

Found this restaurant on a whim while away for a wedding anniversary/babymoon trip with my husband. We went on a Sunday night and it was farely empty which worried me at first but they did not disappoint! From the service to the food quality/flavor, I was impressed. According to my husband it was the best meal he had all trip. I don't know if I would say all that but it was very delicious. I had the garlic shrimp appetizer as a meal with maduros and he had the Vaca frita (came with rice and beans) and we split the truffle fries. Even our drinks were outstanding! His a rum punch and mine a guava mule* (I'm pregnant so I asked for the drink with no alcohol and was told they carried Ritual Zero Proof Tequila! It was an amazing mocktail!) We were too full for dessert but ended our night with a glass of bubbly to celebrate (I had sparkling cider). When ever we return to Miami, this will definitely be a stop.. maybe for brunch next time.

Food was absolutely fantastic, best of all the restaurants on our trip to Miami. Also get the spicy margaritas.

A bit hidden (on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt) and not very crowded (which is a Plus). Stylish Interior. The service is fast and very friendly. Cheese Balls are amazing. Tomato with Cheese (somehow related to the Italian Caprese) was very delicious too. "Unfortunately" there were too many options i could not try but its definitely worth another visit.

This place is so unreal and satisfying! Love every appetizer served; pork belly bun is wildly distinctive! Shrimps on toast so yummy, and the drinks hit right! Just saying 😌 🤷 😏 😉 🙂

Wow wow wow. This restaurant is one of those rare hidden gems. The food is without a doubt, some of the tastiest I’ve ever tried. I highly recommend the shrimp garlic dish as a starter. It’s heavenly good. Their cubanero sandwich is a popular one and I can confirm that it’s great. The service was magnificent too. From the hostess to our server. Good dish recommendations, happy to change something on my dish after it was served to us (french fries to salad) and pointed out several sightseeing in the area. Top experience!

Quaint, chill, cafe with delicious breakfast Cuban cuisine & very kind staff. I had the Cuban Benedict thanks to the recommendation of Philipe my waiter, a Cuban Coffee, and a cappuccino with cinnamon to go. Off Brickel Avenue in Miami and they had several options for a yummy breakfast.

Surprised is an understatement when it comes to Caña. This isn't your typical restaurant hotel, upon entry the decor is very modern, chic and welcoming. We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic waiter who was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food met my expectations: fresh and savory! I had the scallop, pork, and chicken which were all mouthwatering. If you're getting dessert, definitely try the flan! If you're looking for a nice restaurant with great music and ambiance, definitely check out Caña.

I’ve been in this place several times and I keep coming back again cause it is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. I’d definitely recommend it, no matter if you’re looking for a tasty brunch or a quiet dinner. Their Benedict eggs are fire! And about the staff, they have such a great and knowledgeable team that will make your visit unforgettable.

I was staying at the Hyatt Centric on Brickell Bay Road and decided to try their Cuban restaurant Cana. All i can say is WOW! Upon exiting the elevators, you enter a very chic establishment. They have indoor or outdoor seating which is nice. The bar is in the center. It the perfect size. They have big windows and a selection of booth and tables. I actually dined there twice. Once for lunch where i had the power lunch for $12. I got the fish, beans and rice with a soft drink for $12. That was an insanely low price for this lunch. The fish was grouper and it was cooked to perfection with a lemon butter and caper sauce. My mouth was singing! The service was good. Each server is really busy but you should expect that and appreciate them just being there. I went a second time for dinner and ordered the dinner portion $32. I ate every bite! They can cook fish so well and this time i tried the flan dessert. It was mouth watering and very authentic. I plan on visiting Miami often and will return whether i stay at The Hyatt Centric or not. Thumbs up for delicious food and great service.

If you want authentic Cuban with high quality local ingredients and unbelievable flavor this is the place!

We started with the conch fritters which were paired with an awesome cajun sauce.

For lunch we had the cubano sandwich and braised pulled beef.

The Cuban sandwich was the perfect combination of meats, cheese mustard and the bread was slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The beef had the most amazing flavor and was Paired with rice and beans. I asked for a side of chimi churi which you can tell was house made and when added on top of the beef it was exquisite! As a lover of plantains I asked for a side which were great as well.

What a pleasant surprise for a casual lunch!

Me and my boyfriend wanted to take a little vacation and we stayed at the Hyatt Centric Brickell for a couple of nights and let me tell you… the hotel was amazing, it is perfectly Locatel in the heart of brickell so you can literally walk everywhere, everything is clean and beautiful, staff is super nice! But the biggest highlight of our stay was cañas restaurant! We had breakfast the two mornings we were here for and I can’t explain how AMAZING their pancakes are. They are PERFECTION! Best taste, best texture, best size. Literally the best pancakes I ever had in my life!!! My boyfriend and I tried them the first morning and we could not wait for breakfast the next day just so we can have them again!
We went to the popular and fancy restaurants in Miami and honestly NOTHING had us like caña did! Amazing service and hotel! I’m not even the one to leave reviews but this one deserves one!

Caña - The Cuban Flare Restaurant on the second floor of The Hyatt Centric Brickell is EXTRAORDINARY.

From the ease of the valet (if you know how stressful Brickell can be, you know how great this is) to the delectable Dessert - this meal was Perf.

My Wife and I haven't been out to many places because of Covid so I was a little nervous but prepared. I brought wipes and sanitizer in case. It wasn't needed. They were so cautious and thorough with their cleaning practices. On our way to our table they cleaned the area once again and there were little disinfectant sprays in each table. All the staff wore gloves and masks and I saw them constantly changing their PPE while serving patrons. I felt safe.

The inside seating was plush and comfy but it was a beautiful cool night so we had to sit outside to take in the Nice views of Brickell.

Lets get to the FOOD AND THE SERVICE!!

Ubbi was our waitess. Knowledgeable, Fun, and Attentive. I loved her recommendations on appetizers. Delish!

We started with a few Apps:
The Chicharones De Viento ** Air Fried Pork Rinds. Lightly seasoned. No grease. Light as Air. Look out for when they squeeze the lime on top at the table the crackle gets you excited to try it.

The Camarones Al Ajillo - Que Rico! Plump Big Shrimp. Its a must! Such a pretty presentation.

The Toston de Ceviche was pleasing for all senses. The Ceviche was so fresh.

Our entrees were perfect pairings to the Apps.

I had the Pescado a la Plancha. The Red Snapper was Amazing. The Crispy Skin was superb.

My Wife had the Vaca Frita. She didn't share because it was so good. Delicate but so flavorful according to the Mrs.

We shared the Mango-Guava Cheesecake which was the perfect ending to a delectable and palatable meal.

Olivia the manager, hosted the evening impeccably. Dancing between tables flawlessly making everyone feel like they had been there a hundred times. I loved that.

I can't wait to return to Caña.

I was looking for Cuban restaurants that were participating in Miami Spice & stumbled upon this gem in Brickell. This place is on the second floor of the Hyatt Centric in Brickell. Their upscale take on Cuban classics is phenomenal. I started with the Guava Mule, for an appetiser the Guava Burrata is a MUST. For the main course i went with the pescado a la plancha which was a delicious snapper served with white rice & black beans. For dessert the Chef’s choice was a classic arroz con leche.

They claim it’s the best Cubano Sandwich in Miami and it just might be! If you get the Caesar Salad be sure to add the grilled shrimp. The Conch Fritters are amazing as well and make a great appetizer!

We discovered a hiding place with good ratings and it turned to be a New Cuban restaurant in downtown Miami Brickell bay
Located In hotel hayat a part of the panorama tower this place is really good and serving really decent food taste and presentation
The fish was perfectly cooked and the beef also was very good and the shrimp appetizer was super good also the chocolate mousse except the rice pudding which was served with half cooked rice and it needed better preparation
Overall it is serious business and the food will make you comeback for more

Such a lovely spot! Great service, nice ambiance, but most importantly the FOOD! Omg the Burrata with Guava was just the perfect combo of sweet and salty. We ordered the tostones rellenos with shrimp and they were excellent. Topped off our lunch with vaca frita and wow, just perfect.
We def will be back!

I was staying at this hotel for the Christmas vacation and I must say I LOVED it!! I wish I took a picture of the tostones with pork , the most amazing style I have ever tasted: the pork was ao juicy and tender and the tostones were really warm and delicious. I also enjoyed their French fries! Very crispy and soft inside. I enjoyed the fish and shrimp that we ordered as well. The fish was seasoned perfectly and had a nice crunch to it. I really didn’t have a chance to capture everything I ate since everyone was so quick to dig in lol! Please try Caña if you are ever in Miami, you will not be disappointed
