We were in a hurry to get on with our vacation, and I forgot the tank seal on a resmed 10 cpap machine. Everyone else was either closed or difficult to deal with, BUT Jeff and his manager were able to not only locate the tank but also make theirselves available during the holidays and were more than reasonable on the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!!

I had a great experience with Medical Plus! I have a g-tube baby that has some o2. The care team was the best. I did have a mistake in my shipment, when I called it was handled same day!

This company cares about its customers. They made the impossible happen and did it with a smile. They go the extra way for their customers.

Find another company! They were great in getting me fitted and started on my journey. The journey was down hill from there. When I call to reorder supplies I had to leave a message and often did not get a call back. Then the voice mail box was full. Then when I actually got a person, she would get my info, ask me to hold and hang up on me. After 4 years, I thought it might have improved. I called today about my original equipment. Same thing happened again. I spike with someone, they got my info and hung up on me. I don't understand how they have stayed in business. Horrible customer service!

Pretty bad experience. What’s worse is that my granddaughters life depends on this company being responsible and sending supplies when they are supposed to but they have failed. We get random boxes and the product is so cheap… for example… she’s on a gtube and we needed split gauze. They send us 2x2 gauze that you get at a dentist office after having a tooth pulled. They send us wrong sizes, wrong material, no tape or anything useful. The cannulas have been man sized every order (she’s 12 lbs) and never call and ask is if we need anything. Oxygen always runs out! They didn’t have her correct formula so just decided to send out whichever one they had on their list. It took 2 months to get anything from them. Called them so many times and no answer, hang ups or on hold for so long you just give up. My favorite is when they transfer me to the “manager” because they see I’m upset and we are promised next day shipment of products and it never shows up. Do yourselves a favor and find another DME. We are already transferring to a new one.

I moved my son’s contract or whatever you want to call it to this company, with great recommendation. It’s been a nightmare since. My biggest and most recent moment of unprofessionalism and insensitive , and irresponsible experience is this month I am sitting in my home dumbfounded how a supply company cannot fulfill our medical order. Am not talking back order things but formula. My sons food. They put blame on this, that and the third. You cannot have a peace of mind with this company. You won’t have the supplies you need to maintain a healthy and safe and thriving person. Very unreliable company. Oscar the RT and guy who get you set up and everything you need to get started is AMAZING but the rest of the staff with their attitudes and non urgency is a 0 for me. Hold your company accountable!

Stay away....Customer Service is a nightmare. I have been trying to get my husband's C-Pap repaired for two months now. After two months of calls and no return calls, I've given up.

I tried calling these people numerous of times because they stopped sending me my supplies I finally called my insurance and they said this place was closed down. I guess it was an inconvenience to inform me.
