Golden era is one of the best nutrition spots that you will find on Long Island. The staff is very educated on the supplements and they have traditional body building meals like chicken and rice, chicken and veggies, steak and rice and so many other options for you to have right after your workout or even throughout the day. it’s comforting to have a great nutrition store near me that’s B.S free. Very calm and relaxed environment right near the beach for you to enjoy a nice lunch. The owner + staff are all very humble and kind people who definitely care about your health and aren’t just trying to sell you nonsense. The smoothies are amazing. My favorite is the pbnj. Great place 10/10

Okay so golden era BESTTT high FRESH protein meals around! Steak & rice chicken& Rice quesadillas etc) ! They are fresh every single day & when they sell out better luck tomorrow which I love no stale old food . Ever … Vinny the owner is super friendly & will lead you in the right direction with supplements catering to your physique and goals. (not try to over sell you ) Over all place is a gem they are super loyal to their customers and actually care .

Perfect location - just a few doors down from Hollywood Health Club. Loved the PB&J smoothie after a big shoulder workout. Will be back!!

I am new to Long Beach and this has become my new favorite spot for protein shakes! They have a ton of supplements & energy drinks. And if you're lazy like me & don't want to cook healthy foods, the meals are a great plus too. I love the vibe and the great service. This is definitely a place worth trying!

Absolutely love Golden Era! Their smoothies are the best and they always have great products and supplements. Vinny and his staff are knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome. I went there looking for a specific pre workout—they didn’t have the flavor I wanted but the next day I got a message from Vinny that he got it in and I was really appreciative of him taking the time to let me know! I’d always rather support local business over big chains and Golden Era makes that easy! Highly recommend!

By far the best local supplement shop. The staff and owner Vinny are always extremely nice and knowledgeable on the products. Iv also recently started eating the meals that are prepared fresh daily and was very impressed. Best shop around, hands down!

This place has some of the BEST smoothies I’ve ever had. The fact that they are packed with protein is truly such a bonus. They offer some great unique flavors and I highly recommend the Nutella smoothie for a guilt free treat!

The only place I’ll go for my supplements!! The staff is beyond friendly and Vinny goes above & beyond to cater to his customers. I had asked him to check out PESCIENCE Greens and he ordered it & had it stocked on the shelves the same week 👏🏼 (Much appreciated). If you haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend.
