I'm was driving from Michigan and when my red battery light came on, I searched and found Autozone on Torrence Rd Calumet City on a humbug. Even though it was cold and rainy/snowing, Michael S offered and checked my battery/ alternator. This guy is better than Google advice. I drove on to Chicago.

Girl power!!!...had a great experience when I stopped in for a replacement bulb for my Avalon. Was a little skeptical when I asked if they had anyone available to put it in for me, because all the staff at that time were women. Initially I was told I'd have to wait until they got their line down, so I left and came back about 45 minutes later. Went back in and was assisted by Ericka...professional, helpful & friendly!

Customer service is very important to me and AutoZone doesn't disappoint. I was helped by Erica and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable in every aspect. I really appreciate when I ask a question, I get my answer right away and not have to wait for someone to go find out the answer. Walking through the door, I was warmly greeted and I really appreciate Ms. Erica's help. This Calumet City location on Torrence Avenue will be my go to Auto Zone from now on. I will also refer my friends to this location. Great job Auto Zone!
