Sunday night Came in 10 minutes to close BILL , the closing cashier was very helpful and positive even being the end of shift this is why I choose O'Reilly over anybody else.. trust the quality trust the staff

The service provider was very knowledgeable and helpful. I give her 2 thumbs up.

I don't go anywhere else for parts for my truck. If they don't have what I need in stock they get it delivered right away. Also the guys that I usually deal with here are very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I come in the store or call. Definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

Good experience. Car hadn't started in a day and half, thanks to the polar vortex!! My brother jumped my battery and followed me to O'Reilly's. They confirmed the battery was bad. I bought a new one.....had already researched so the price was in line with other local auto parts stores. Good customer service.

Donna was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful, personable, and willing to go above and beyond as far as customer service goes! I use to go to AutoZone, however after today I will now give my business to a place that seems to genuinely care about it customers.

I have difficulty ambulating so one of the peopl who works there comes and checks my oil nd fills it as needed. This k8ndness is much appreciated.

The man working was quick to serve me, came and looked at my vehicle for me, did the check engine testing. Fast,convenient, and easy. I definitley would choose to go back to this location and this store for all my car parts/car needs, etc. in the future

Usually go to Advanced or AutoZone. Won a free $10 gift card from 105.5 and needed to do the brakes. Staff was knowledgeable and patient with me as I didnt have a lot of information on hand regarding the used F150 I just aquired. Will definitely be going back. Great customer service and support!

I always have a great experience when I go to this location there is a worker in there named bruno who always takes the time to make sure he gets you the rite parts and always has great customer service definitely a recommended store to go to

It was 7:00pm Sunday evening , the only local auto (Hobart)store that had the starter i needed for my wife's Honda CRV when I called there was a very pleasant woman whom told me that they indeed had the correct starter and she'd pull it off the shelf and have it waiting gig mecehen I got there . True to her word it was there waiting for me ! plus it was about $70.00 cheaper then advanced auto and Auto zone.
Oreilys is going to be my favorite store when it comes to the big corporate stores . I'm partial to mom& pop stores but none of them were open at that time so I have to take my hat off to the crew at Oreilys . Especially the lady whom waited on us at the counter and had the starter there waiting for us! SALUTE!!! I will be back when I need car stuff lol

I called in looking for a 50A extension cord for my rv and they didn’t have it, but the polite gentleman on the phone gave me two local recommendations of where I could look. Much appreciated.
