I went through the drive thru...Even though they were busy, they kept that line moving. The employees were super polite and you could see the manager standing up front engaging with the employees. The whole environment was friendly. Perfect to start my morning! Thanks! 🫶🏼

I never eat there but I always get my coffee and possibly Donuts from time to time but they're always very nice and accommodating very clean and friendly people

First I ordered a caramel flavored latte but then I fell in love with their Tall Carmel flavored gorgeous manager and owner. His name is Jas and I sometimes can't help but stare at him while he's working. I will do something soon

I come through every day the staff is always friendly to me and though my sandwich got messed up twice Alfredo is very kind and apologetic and offers to fix things I appreciate them and their kindness ❤

Doughnuts were stale. Guy behind the counter was professional, and curtious.

Service was amazing my girlfriend Is currently going blind but has some vision I had to walk to speedway to get something so she waited there one of the workers realized my gf had a look of somethitn was off and instantly told her she walk her to her table notified her she was gonna toucher her arm and than explained which coffee was hers and mine. Was great to hear when I came back

Last week I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and instead got a hazelnut. I was pretty upset only cause I noticed when I got to work and couldn’t go back.. I received a phone call and apology once I complained. I received a free coffee and donut and was treated very nicely. Extremely wonderful management and employees for correcting their mistakes. Coffee tastes wonderful too ☺😋 5 stars! Great location.

Just about every morning I order a SEC on a plain toasted bagel and a French Krueller. From time to time the bagel is rather hard for me to bite into. I have dental issues which makes it difficult for me to eat. Every time I have a complaint the staff is extremely accommodating. They are professional and do what ever is necessary to make my experience positive. Thank you for treating me as a valued customer. I will continue to be your customer. Also when I entered the drive thru I was in a horrible attitude and they were still in an amazing accommodating attitude. This store is great store and a level of professionalism that should be an example for other stores to follow.

This place has a very friendly atmosphere/good vibe. The manager was top notch in the way he treated me and that was before I even ordered anything. I stopped in for a coffee but when I was able to order a healthy egg white croissant with turkey sausage and baked hash browns, it was the icing on the cake!

Best Dunkin Around. There could be 10 cars in drive-thru & the max wait to pay & receive your order is 5 minutes. Lightning fast in the am, no hangup trying to get to work. The staff is upbeat & friendly. Due to current events inside order/dining is closed. Prior to being closed the restaurant was exceptionally clean!!

They always make my coffee perfect! Hot or cold it's delicious from this location. And their drive thru usually moves fast as long as ya don't get the person in front of u that messes it up.

Ordered a box of Joe and he made a fresh box for me. He had everything I needed to go along with it. I appreciate he took the time to make it fresh for my team. Great customer service

Compared to other locations almost always gets me and my wife's online orders correct. Super fast to rectify any problems and of course speedy and friendly service, even if the line is long. Thank you!

This particular Dunkin donuts is absolutely amazing pre quarantine and during quarantine . The entire staff is amazing the manager always greets us with a smile the store runs Amazing due to Great Leadership and teamwork due to a fantastic Manager obviously And is always upbeat even during this time of difficulty. My bride and I are here 5 or 6 days a week and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this location At the New Chicago location on 6.

Just opened up, but has already taken me away from the one down the road.

On mornings I go in the staff is quick and accurate with my food, waiting no longer than maybe a minute or so from placing my order to receive the food. They have a clear understanding of what people in the morning need, and they deliver every time.

Love this place! They're new and I've been there a lot! I'm assuming that he's the manager but he's always the one who will help the other employees get my order typed incorrectly and we'll make sure that it's done correctly he's just great and the employees they work hard definitely give them a shot you'll be happy you did

The ladies that work the drive thru are very good. My husband and I go daily to get iced coffees and they have our order down as soon as we pull up to order. We will continue to go here and recommend to others :)
