She was not only knowledgeable, but also added a special touch to the service with a handwritten note that made the whole experience feel very personal. The level of customer service she provided was outstanding, and her assistance throughout the purchase process was invaluable. I’ve been in here twice now and both times were a fantastic experience. It’s a little intimidating getting in the door but don’t let that stop you from coming in if you’re interested in what they offer. I worked with Natalie and she really is a treasure. I’m so happy with the watch I bought, and I credit a lot of that to Natalie’s expertise. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and was great at helping me figure out what I actually liked from different brands. She guided me through several cheaper brands before we moved to trying on some Rolex models. It took some patience but it paid off when I picked up my new watch today! Overall I can’t say enough good things about both Natalie and the whole staff at this location.

Exceptional experience! Natalie assisted me as a cold drop in and was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable of all the timepieces. In reading other reviews about Govberg I need to add that they DO not discriminate against first time buyers. I am a first time buyer at Govberg. The process couldn’t have been better. In addition I was able to get my watch much sooner than I expected.

After reading multiple reviews online I made the decision to choose Govberg for my watch purchase. Based on the reviews I asked for an appointment with Natalie Goldberg. Natalie was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to picking out the watch in question. Natalie also continued to keep in contact and confirm the model and size of the watch I wanted. After being on the waitlist for less than a month Natalie let me know the watch was available. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Natalie was throughout the entire transaction. Will definitely ask for her again in the future. 10/10

The store interior is very luxurious and premium.
Erik is alway extremely professional and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable and patient, an expert in his field. The buying experience was unrushed, very detailed, and comprehensive.

Amazing experience from distance! I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Rolex Explorer II (2005). Max made the entire process seamless!! This is my first Rolex. They had the model I wanted, looked amazing on their website, and the process was so simple. Max was very responsive to every question, every email, every text, etc. I live int he SouthEast so needed the watch shipped. I wired the money and Max had the watch shipped overnight to me. When I opened the package I was blown away with just how perfect this watch looked. Thank you, Max and Govberg! My first call for my next watch!

The showroom was absolutely beautiful! Although I didn’t purchase my timepiece from this location they sized and removed links for free! Erik was a great help with showing me how to adjust the time and date. Looking forward to coming back!

Natalie Goldberg at Govberg on Walnut St in Philadelphia was absolutely wonderful, and made the experience of searching, locating, and purchasing a “big brand” luxury watch to mark a special year in my life not just easy, but enjoyable. The amount of time and attention Natalie gave to me and my fiancé over multiple visits was incredible. This was the way it I always thought it should be when buying a luxury timepiece. I’ve been elsewhere for purchases, and the experience didn’t even come close to that of Govberg, with Natalie guiding us. I’m happy to have started a relationship with a trusted resource, and we’ll be back as the collection continues to grow.

I started collecting my first watch from Govberg since 2015. Today l bought my 5th watch for my watches collection and 10th total for my family members all from them. It's mine only go to rolex AD. For the past 6 years, I had been help by different salesperson, some had not work there anymore but all were very professional. I was been helped by Mrs. Natalie G. today. She was excellent salesperson. I like her a lot. I will always referred Govberg to my family members and friends. It was pleasure experience every single time. I always felt like I was VIP client to them. They treated me and everyone with respect and dignity. They once even offered our family to a dinner treat. I'm so grateful I found Govberg and thanks my friend who introduced me to Govberg in the first place.

I love the professionalism yet approachability and friendliness of the entire Govberg Jewelers team. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. These gentlemen are experts at their craft while I was waiting to get the links from my new watch removed me and Erik conversed about the collection of Rolex and other luxury brands and he went above and beyond with customer service and same with Daniel his customer service is immaculate as a plus he guessed how many links I needed removed with just a glance phenomenal just perfect .
