AMAZING STORE! The employees are so kind and helpful. They repair all watches and have a nice variety of watches as well as jewelries to choose from. The store is really clean and I would definitely come here to get my watch repaired again and buy another watches. They do the repair really quickly right in front of you and clean your watch. I can just go in and come out. Would definitely come here to repair my watch because of the kind and helpful service.

AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! By far my favorite place to get my watch repaired and to buy a new one! The people there are very nice and helpful! The girl who works there always gives me discounts and says not to worry about it! Totally would recommend! The owner and employees in the store always say "Hi! How may I help you?". The employees always are kind and repair my watch quickly and professional. I got my watch repaired and too add on they also polish it and clean it! I really love this because sometimes other watch places like to add in extra dollars and say that its a extra $10 to do this or that. In all, this place has amazing employees that are professional and repair watches really fast and are kind!

Had to run into this store for a watch band in between classes and the clerk knew exactly what I needed and had me all set with the new band installed within 10 min. Excellent service.

I've taken two metal watches to Time Watch Co. in Liberty Place for band adjustment and repair. In 2015, I needed links removed from a fashion watch. In March 2018, I needed the clasp of a Fossil watch tightened (it opened when it brushed against clothing). Both times I received excellent, fast service. The watch technician Craig is knowledgeable, friendly, and the epitome of great customer service. I wouldn't take my watch to anyone else. The repair prices are very reasonable, and paying upfront has not been an issue. The store seems to keep the same hours as the mall.

I would highly recommend this place if you want to get your watch repaired or buy a new watch! The employees are so professional and fast. They repair watches really quick and have really nice watches to buy too. The employees are really nice and respectful too!

I highly recommend going to Watch Co at both locations in the Moorestown Mall and in Philly. I have purchased 4 watches from them. I extremely liked their knowledge of watches which helped me find the most suitable watch for my style and money range. They have a great selection to choose from. And not only do they just sell watches but also handle all repairs and other issues related to your watch. Definitely check it out!

Shopped at both of their locations (the Philly location and the one in the Morrestown mall). Both locations had great selections of watches and top notch customer care. I was shown a large amount of different watches and given high quality information on each. I walked away very happy and content, I will be not only purchase my watches form here but I will also be getting my old watches repaired at these locations from here on!
