I made a purchase and the store manager was extremely helpful in ensuring I received the correct item. Her customer service is always top-notch because I frequent this location for battery changes as well. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Got a watch strap replacement and a battery change for very cheap (less than $40 combined) and very fast (only about 20 minutes). Super great service, and I'll definitely be coming here for all of my watch-related stuff from now on.

I love the selection of watches at this Time After Time location! I was looking for a gift but didn't have a good idea of what I wanted but the lady who was helping me was super patient. The staff in general was very helpful and bubbly and worked together to help me find what I needed without making me feel pressured. I will happily return for my next watch purchase.

Went in six weeks ago to get a battery replaced and ended up buying a great Bulova for a tremendous price. Went back yesterday because something happened with my replacement battery. The manager, (did not get her name), fixed it right away, no questions. I will recommend to my friends, very nice experience.

I received a ceramic Bulova as a gift and needed it sized. The first jeweler told me she didn't have the tools. The second jeweler broke one of my links and didn't even size it correctly. Both of these jewelers were supposed "experts" of 20+ years from reputable chain jewelry stores. I gave this place a call and they told me to come on in and they would take a look at it. The girls that work here were professional, friendly and took care of my watch with no problems! My watch was sized correctly within 15 minutes and no broken links! Lifetime warranty on their work with exceptional service... can't beat that.

Very clean and organized location, the staff is responsive friendly and knowledgeable about product details and services rendered. They always take care of regulars. Quick handed with all work to be done on accessories careful with people's items and always diligent in the process Best location in the area to take your items to for repair or to purchase new accessories, Miss luiza is the location manager and she is always well worded helpful and remembers faces with a good sense of humor to back it all.

I went in to replace a battery and ended up purchasing a watch for my boyfriend. Very pleased with the selection. Also the manager Luiza was very kind and patient with me she was a huge help love her

Great service with great people and I bought my cousin his first watch

I love this place!! I only wear Movado watches, and you can ALWAYS get discounts here, and the watches are 100% real (I checked at a local jeweler). My first Movado I bought there maybe 5 years ago....it was a $625 retail price or something, I got it for like $200 bc there was a sale going on, and you also can usually haggle with the sales people. Just last night I bought an all-gold one that retails at $795, and I got it for $510 after haggling. Just go in and ask if there's any wiggle room on prices, let them know you have a budget and lowball them, and see how low they can go. It's awesome!!

I go to Time After Time regularly for batteries and any other issues I have with my watches. Their staff is very friendly and I’ve never had an issue with my watch being scratched or messed up. They also have great deals on watches!!!

Service was quick. Customer service was cool. Not sure if $20 was alot to remove 6 links from my watch but hey, my watch fits now, so I'm happy

Instead of having to stand in a line at Pandora for 2.5 hours the day before Mother's Day. Time After Time has Pandora and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Their store has a much more efficient flow!
