Obe was incredible helpful with helping me set up a loan for the first time. She gave me all the information I needed and was super friendly during the entire process. Coming here has been a really pleasant experience, and has really helped me out during a tough time. I'll definitely be coming back here again and will recommend this location to anyone who needs it!

Harold gave me great customer service , very professional. Even got me out of there within 15 minutes because I told him I had to go back to work. Very convenient, and he helped me out with the exact Loan I needed. Thank you I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM , and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS place. They work with you if you work with them... Excellent !!

I recently went to this locaton on Del Prado and was pleasantly surprised with Marjorie! Wow what a difference in comparing the other staff members that work there and even at the other locations I have been to. Marjorie is very polite, professional, efficient, easy to talk with and doesn’t make you feel dumb when attempting to cash a check there. In times past when I have been there the girls behind the counter are just plain rude and unhelpful - Even down to how they look at you and talk to you, they just give off the vibe of you’re a peasant/loser we’re so much better than you…anyways my point here is Marjorie is a breath of fresh air and is quite the find. If I were management I would do whatever it takes to keep her. Plus I got my check cashed in record time… As sometimes it would take up to an hour in there but I was in and out of there less than 10 minutes and for a 5k check that is quick!

The BEST location. Top quality customer service. Harold is amazing. I have been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. Definitely refer people all the time to this location. There are new ladies working there now along with Harold and they are professional, and friendly too.

Best location you can go to as you can obviously see by others review. I live an hour away from this location but are willing to take the trip, because you wont find the customer service they offer anywhere else. Harold is your guy to get your needs met, always very helpful and understanding. I will Always recommend this location to friends and family.

Harold and staff are awesome, they take time to know their customers and help you every way they can. They understand you are in tough times, and will work with you to every extent within their means. They gain respect by giving respect. Harold (the New York guy) makes this place better than any other "the check cashing store" I have been to (including other similar franchises). He helped me take care of my 401k arrangement, as well as a number of payroll checks. The fee is always more than fair and he always has a positive attitude as well as makes you feel important. So far all of the employees have been respectful. I don't normally leave reviews much but feel they deserve it if doing so makes a difference.

Never a bad experience at this location of the check cashing store! They’re absolutely amazing! They are very professional & very kind. There’s one employee, I believe his name is Harold, who is absolutely fantastic! He can answers all your questions & help you with all your needs! You never leave this store disappointed. Was assisted by Cynthia the store manager to cash 3 separate money orders I purchased for apartment applications & admin fees that were no longer needed. Also assisted with a western union issue. She was polite, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Was in and out swiftly. Will definitely be back for any and all check cashing issues. 😊

The best check cashing store in the Fort Myers area. The staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. The branch Manager Harold Lopez works with you and is understanding of any situation that you may have. Definitely the best! I highly recommend them.

Have nothing bad to say... Staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and store is clean, convenient... My son (age 5) loves to go with me, and they always have a lollipop or something there for him to make him smile. Other customers are usually very friendly too. I will never go anywhere else because why ruin a good thing! They have VERY reasonable loan rates, better than anywhere else I have gone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!
