Delicious coffee served in a small space. Pros: the barista was cheerful and friendly in addition to being good. The single origin coffee was great. The decor is pleasant and inviting. Free parking right out front. Cons: Limited seating space so not conducive for larger groups. The bathroom is on a different floor of the building.

by far the best coffee shop in fort myers. best tasting beans, house made syrups, great atmosphere. this is specialty coffee. not only do they have quality good tasting coffee, but they are the most kind individuals that work there. they genuinely know what good coffee is!

After a decade of coming to Ft Myers, I was excited to finally discover Shift Coffee. Delicious specialty coffee pulled by experts.

Small but mighty coffee shop in a high-end apartment complex. I ordered a (plain old) cappuccino, which was delicious and came with a beautiful design on top. They also filled my water bottle for me, and were generally nice and friendly folks.

Don't let the small bar dissuade you... the staff at Shift know how to make great coffee!

A little hard to find - it's in the lobby of the apartment building. Close to plenty of free parking, it's easy to pop in to Shift and grab a great drink to start your morning!

Great experience! Love this new coffee shop in Fort Myers! Was able to knock out some editing while sitting in for a couple hours. Excited to go back soon!

Props to the owners of this coffeeshop for creating such an amazing atmosphere on top of excellent coffee. I could live here.
Pros: smooth, flavorful americano. Awesome interior with lush greenery and cohesive branding.
Cons: just wish there was enough seating for us to linger for a few minutes. People were crammed into the few seats available.

overall- unique drinks, nice atmosphere, lovely staff!
i started coming to shift obviously for the drinks (matcha lemonade is my forever go to), but i’ve come to know and love the small staff too. everyone that works at shift is so unique and welcoming. having a busy life makes the moments w community in passing so important, and i couldn’t think of a more perfect space.
though i am guilty of getting the same drink every time i come in, shift has rotating syrups made by the baristas that you can’t get anywhere else! it’s all seasonal and made perfectly for the vibe and time of year. shift is also a great place to buy some coffee to make at home, as they support fellow small businesses and carry their retail products.
i could not recommend this spot more! much love<3

best coffee in Fort Myers area by far!!! great tasting espresso, great playlist, great minimalist space. loved it and would definitely come back next time I’m in town! and highly recommend ordering their lavender vanilla latte :-)

Beautiful interior and delicious well made coffee. This is the first spot in fort Myers that I’ve found that has reaaaallly good coffee. Will be back while I’m in town working

Small yet fun spot to get some coffee! Got an iced cappuccino with local honey and vanilla and it was fantastic. Staff was also nice and welcoming! Recommend 👏🏼

These guys are pros and weigh your coffee and make sure that each cup is brewed with precision! Also, the pricing is extremely reasonable for such high quality coffee. The vibe inside is so nice with real plants and pastel painted walls. Highly recommend.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at this hidden gem in Fort Myers. During our short trip, we had the pleasure of trying their Oat Flat White, and it exceeded all expectations. In fact, it's safe to say that it's the best coffee we've had since arriving in Florida. If you happen to be passing by, we highly recommend making a pit stop here. Trust us, it's worth the detour. You won't regret it! If you are a local - dang, you are lucky!

Have you even lived if you haven’t been to Shift Coffee? I think not. This place is the JAM. The coffee is yummy, the vibe is ✨, and Donie and Bryan are easy on the eyes … do you need anything else in a local coffee shop? Shift is a must visit if you’re in the Fort Myers area. Shift Coffee was the perfect addition to my wedding-- offering an excellent N/A option for guests during cocktail hour. Donie was lovely to work with and brought the shop's vintage bike to serve 3 different types of coffee (cold brew, and 2 types of latte). The coffee was absolutely delicious and a major hit among my guests! My husband and I also made a point to hit up the shop a few times while in Fort Myers, and it did not disappoint! Thank you Shift!!!

It’s hard to find many great coffee places in the area but this cute coffee place is amazing. The coffee is delicious, service is outstanding and coffee shop is very cute. Highly recommend it!

Shift is a hidden gem. I did not expect such a quality shot of espresso at a coffee shop embedded in a apartment building. Their espresso is dialed in, and I was very pleasantly surprised with my Cortado. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

So excited for this local coffee shop. The espresso has a great taste. The simplicity of the menu and space is a great addition to the area.
