I am so glad this location reopened after Hurricane Ian. The repairs/remodel looks great and the staff are as wonderful as always. I love stopping here in the morning on my way into the office. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about the products offered, and they are very patient. The staff treat the homeless that congregate around the area as the humans as they should be treated, because they are. I look forward to my brief morning visits. Thank you.

The team here works their butts off to make sure their customers don't have to wait and have a good experience. I've never seen baristas have to work so hard. They should be proud, and rewarded with a few more coworkers.

Only had coffee, but it was made exactly how I liked it, and it was nice and hot. Service was quick and friendly, and the place is always kept immaculate.

Order was correct. Service was good. Location was great. Has AC, and a bathroom.

Very clean location with friendly staff. We visited around 12:30 PM on a Saturday and were able to order immediately upon arrival. The wait was not long at all to received our goodies and drinks.

Always fantastic! Updating my review December 29th 2023. This Starbucks consistently makes the best coffee. I never have to add any sweeteners. It's always perfect and the whole team is always so nice!

Jessica, the first manager this morning really made my day much brighter. It probably wasn’t something I’m proud to admit, but somehow in our brief discussion ended up talking about a mutual experience, something I’m dealing with at the moment and her ability to connect and empathize with me really made my day better. Thanks for being so kind, I would highly recommend a promotion for her hard work and dedication to customer service and engagement.

Well, this guy's name is Rich he calls the two clients in front of me by their names and address me by my name after 3 months of absence. He treats every client exceptionally. If I were the owner d promoted him to manager or training for it. It s the first time this happens to me. Exceptional person.

Today's review. There is this guy working with immobilized arm and he is calling every client by their names and greeting them as close friends. Impressive!!!

This Starbucks has its own soul. Distinctive service, top quality cohesive employee team.

The staff wasn't very friendly at first but it may be because its the early morning rush and they're focused on drink orders. As I became a repeat customer the service definitely got better. I usually stop in everyday and I always try to order ahead. I haven't had any issues with my drinks and I haven't heard any customer issues regarding incorrect drinks during my visits (which is a plus especially when you're rushing to get to work).The location is nice if you're out taking stroll through downtown but it is small and there's limited parking (which is expected in the business district downtown). Overall it's a nice place. I'll definitely be returning.

I rarely leave positive reviews for chains, but I have been going to this location for years and Rich and the team seriously run the best coffee shop I have ever been to. My order is always right, they are always fast, and they are always friendly. Can't recommend this staff and this location enough!

This place is... SO CLEAN. Andrew and Taylor are always scrubbing something.

The people that work there are ridiculously sweet, informative, and general hard workers. The drinks are amazing and if yours doesn’t come out the way you wanted it, everyone is always willing to remake it as many times as you want, until it’s right. James is an awesome guy to talk about sports with, too. Such a good guy!

Always friendly. Haven't "messed" up one of my orders, but one time. (so I forgave them, lol) otherwise generally speaking not to long of a wait, although you can always order ahead on their app. I'm a BIG Starbucks drinker so I'd say I have many experiences at many different locations and overall the service is friendly, fast (as can be dependent on you order 😉) and pleasant overall!

I'm here nearly every morning for my daily oatmeal and coffee.
The staff is always warm and inviting; the cafe is always spotless; and the other customers are polite and friendly.

Love my downtown starbucks! They are so sweet to my little boy. They have watched him grow from an infant into now a 4 year old and everytime we go in there he says mama they are my friends. They love me. I love giving my money to a business that cares about us and gives great service and amazing coffee!

When I go down tow I usually stop here for a hot minute. Staffs friendly, the stores newly renovated, and there's outdoor seating. Good place to people watch or meet up down town to hang out for a few hours. Coffee is same as all Starbucks but the decor is better than most.

This is a great Starbucks with a great location right in the middle of Downtown off of First street and Broadway. The staff is super friendly and the clientele are great. I come here every Saturday to hangout with Stonewall a lovable rescue and his dad who is published author Leon Smith. We have a great time just drinking the amazing coffee and talking to folks. If you like a coffee joint with personality (hard to do when you're a franchise) then I highly recommend this Starbucks.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I come in each morning, and everyone greets me. I feel like a princess coming into their Starbucks lmao, their service is so excellent. 10/10!!!!

I was in the mood for something cool with no caffeine and absolutely vegan. The gala working the drive-thru (Mia?) did a fantastic job of assuring me that she could put together something because she herself is vegan. I was extremely happy with the resulting beverage!
