Entering the store, it was clean and well organized. It held two employees helping customers on what seemed a busy shopping weekend. I was helped my an employee named Logan. I told Logan about what I am looking for and why. We settled on a boot that fit all my needs. I wore the Traction Tred Lite boots for two day before calling about sharp pain due to how the boots were fitting, especially around my heel. The store manager named Caleb told me to come in and that he’d take care of me. He did just that. Worked with me about what I didn’t like and what I wanted changed from the boots I bought. Caleb made it very streamlined and easy to communicate with him while I was trying to find my replacement boot. Caleb - the store manager made my experience at the store exceptional. Thank you Caleb and Logan for all the help. Coming from one that doesn’t like to venture out to different stores to shop for expensive boots, thank you.

Walked into a Redwing store & 1901 E Stop 13 Rd in Indianapolis, IN. Was only customer in the store at the time and manager David Schlenk wasted no time in asking how I could be helped. I was interested in a new boot and he quickly answered my questions and brought the boots to try on. He asked my trade and I told David I was a sheet metal worker and he knew my local number (20), which impressed me. He took care of a couple customers in between my purchase, as he was the only representative in the store but handled professionally and I never once had to wait. Also bought socks and insoles after questioning and thru recommendation. Customer service top notch, well done 👍

The guy there walked me through the entire boot buying process. He sized my foot, found recommended insoles, let me try on multiple styles of boots and walking away I was very satisfied. I already told multiple people about him and the store, so in other words I would highly recommend him and the store.

David Schlenk was great in helping me narrow down what I was looking for. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile these days and I found it today. Glad I stopped in.

35 years of using Red Wing boots. In my experience and use they formed my opinion that these are the best. #1 in comfort, durability, performance, safety, and simply doing what boots need to do.

I came in to purchase a pair of boots for an employee and Caleb was awesome. He helped set me up with a corporate account we can use for future purchases. He was very customer- service oriented and professional, but also kind and funny.

The gentleman assisted me with my purchase. Found my last item from a previous purchase and got me the same item. I was a little disappointed with the 30$ coupon I thought I was going to be able to use. Only got 20$ off my purchase. But overall it was good.

I highly recommend this store, we went for a warranty exchange with no receipt and for some reason without any record on their system too, they did the exchange without any problems and also they gave donuts to my kids , from now on I will only buy my work shoes from them.

Was in town for the day and stopped in here and knew exactly what I was looking for and they had it in stock. The gentleman working there was very friendly and very knowledgeable and told me some of the benefits of owning redwing boots. I was very happy with both the boot that I bought and the service that this gentleman provided. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area.

The hospitality and the willingness to help and the huge selection had I been looking for something specific other than what I was there for was phenomenal super great experience been dealing with red wing for approximately 8 years I definitely live by their product it's the real deal.

Whent in looking for motorcycle riding boots. Did not have what I was looking for but still helped me by using their sizing machine so I know exactly what size I am in. It also told me I have low arches that they had inserts for. Got the inserts, and they really helped pain in my knees/back and feet...

This is the best place to get Red Wings for a good price. Red Wings are expensive because they are made so good and are dependable but with dependability comes price. At this outlet we paid half the price on the exact same boots as our local store. It was really worth the 45 min drive!!

I don't remember the name of the gentleman but he was awesome. He did this thing where he loosened boots over his leg despite having a bad back. He was super fun to talk to and he made the trip even more enjoyable. My husband and I have always loved Red Wing for their almost indestructible boots as he's a roofer but the associate made the trip downright fun. I wasn't originally looking for boots for me but I'm more than happy I got them anyway. I'm on my feet all day and switching to boots over athletic shoes has made working way easier.

Heads up though on the women's sizes. I'm usually a size 9 women’s shoe but I had to go up to 11.5 if I remember correctly. They're wicked narrow so don't be surprised if you have to go up quite a bit to fit your toe box or even switch to men's sizes. The reason I went with the boots I did rather than switching to a men's size was they were super comfortable on my hips once I got the right size. I have two hip replacements so it's vital that whatever I wear isn't too strenuous on my lower back area.

Anyway, I totally recommend Red Wing and don't shop anywhere else for boots. Their stuff lasts forever if you treat it right or a few years if your abuse them in construction with hot pitch and whatnot.

Giving the kind of service everyone deserves. I was very well taken care of as a customer. I will return no doubt.

Extremely friendly staff and if you're just shopping they will let you stay alone without bugging you, but we'll be there every step of the way when you have questions. I wish all stores could have the knowledge in the professionalism as red wing stores do.

Employees were very friendly. They helped me find the boots I was looking for and the accessories as well. They also got me a free pair of the best socks I've ever worn with a coupon I didn't know about. The service was quick too. In and out with everything I needed in about 10 minutes. I would suggest going here for anyone who needs new boots.

I will 100% come back to this Redwing location next time I need a pair of boots. They were extremely helpful and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Redwing boots are high quality, but the service at this location is the best around. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a good pair of boots!

They knew what they were talking about and very helpful

The sales associate (I wish I could remember his name - younger with tattoos,) was AWESOME. Patient with me as I tried on 5 different pairs/styles. He also gave really good advice on fit. Everyone knows how quality Red Wing boots are (I bought a pair of Iron Rangers,) but their salespeople are as quality as the product. I would recommend this store, 100%. Thank you!

I was in the market for a new pair of steel toe dress shoes for work. I had never been to an actual "work" shoe store before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There was a very large selection to select from. I met a saleswoman by the name Leslie who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She was very personable and professional too! She showed me numerous pair of shoes even stayed past closing to ensure everything was perfect with the pair I selected. I was especially happy that there was a 30 day exchange policy, not a normal exchange policy where you can't wear them during that 30 days; but you can actually wear the shoes every single day to see if they're going to be a good fit. I will definitely be returning for my next pair.
