Ordered a grill cheese on sour dog bread. I got one slice of course not even fully melted. Not worth the price.A late that that was half full. If I wanted plain bread and or a small cover would have just done it from home save the trip and money

Took over 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Multiple people came in afterwards and ordered and received theirs before ours. When we asked how long and told the barista what time we put our order in she said it hasn't been 30 minutes yet.

What can I say...Starbucks is just an amazing place period. I have never been to one of their stores where I wasn't welcomed with a smile, treated with kindness and received any drink or food item that was not over the top AWESOME.

I've been to this location numerous times, and they never disappoint! Even the one mistake they made, which didn't happen until today's visit, was resolved perfectly. The employees are always so friendly and bubbly, and they haven't ever left me with a negative feeling about any of my visits. You all rock!

It’s nice having a reliable coffee shop that you know you can count on friendly, consistent service. Especially at 6 30 in the morning when all you want is the drink you asked for and for no one to test you before you have your caffeine lol. And that’s honestly every Starbucks I’ve been to in the Greenville/Winterville area. My drink tastes exactly the same every time no matter which location I go to and that actually makes my morning whenever I decide to stop through. Thank you guys for being so friendly and consistent 💕
