Pasco Coffee Bar

We absolutely love Pasco Coffee Bar in downtown Thomasville, GA, and routinely drive 30 minutes from our home to grab coffee there. The owner, who is at the top of the coffee scene himself, has assembled an all-star team of amazing baristas who always provide delicious coffee from their creative menu. Folks in the Thomasville, GA/Tallahassee, FL area need to realize what they have in their midst. Go check ‘em out and experience what we’ve enjoyed the past year and a half.

SPECIALTY COFFEE IN THOMASVILLE
It’s so nice to finally have real specialty coffee in Thomasville after years of settling for other places not serving this more modern style of filter and espresso drinks. They are serving some coffees from top notch roasters like oddly correct, square mile, ect and the brewing execution is somewhere between great and exceptional. I haven’t tried any espresso based drink yet because I love their pour over options but their attention to detail leads me to believe that the espresso is on par with what I’ve experienced thus far. For the pour overs they are using the ode’s flat burrs paired with a v60 which is doing very nicely for clarity in the cup. It does seam to me their is slight inconsistency depending on which barista has brewed my different orders, but I have by no means had nothing less than a delicious cup of coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful but could be more upfront with menu/ flavor explanation and education. Thanks Pasco, it’s a pleasure being your costumer.

I’ve lived in thomasville for 20+ years and now live in Kansas City where coffee has one of the strongest cultures in the nation. finally my home town has coffee worth buying and would compete with the best. Try the mule, it was incredible!!!

The farmshop has many amazing and unique items from all the local vendors you can imagine! The thought and effort that these individuals put into their product is rare in a cookie cutter world.

Pasco Coffee Shop uses some of the top micro roasters around the US, which gives you an excellent variety of choices. Every cup or speciality drink I have had has been delicious. This is the type of coffee that you can drink without mixing in tons of sugar and creams because the notes of the beans are so strong. Willie (owner) has always been great to talk with as well.

A visit to Pasco Coffee Bar is a delightful experience. It’s a hidden gem (literally located in the back of Relish) that serves many of the classic espresso options. If you’re more of a black coffee enthusiast, Willie and Diego make a mean pour over and cold brew.
The bar also sells bags of beans, Third Wave water supplement and some take home brewing methods (Aeropress I believe) if you just can’t get enough.
There’s usually a lovely assortment of gourmet pastries available to pair with your cup of brew.

A fantastic coffee shop for people who appreciate specialty coffee done right and enjoy good black coffee. There are also some house crafted lattes for people who want a sweeter option. The barista is great at explaining the options and helping you choose what you would like. There isn't indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating out front and down the street. Highly recommend!

Pasco Coffee Bar has become a luxury experience with a gourmet product. I used to drink Grass Roots but due to the long lines of people just wanting to be seen getting sugary coffee flavored drinks, I find Pasco Coffee satisfying that craving for fine tasting coffee when you aren't in a hurry and you want to be intimate social. If I need coffee in a hurry, I'll drive through Dunkin Donuts but if I want the real thing with no pretentious vibes, I'll go for Pascos.

You won’t find a better coffee around! If I am ever driving near thomasville…I make this one of my stops!

I would start my day with a Wild Lavender hot Latte every day if I could. It was a delicacy!

Best coffee in Thomasville! The House Vanilla Latte is personally my favorite.

The wild lavender latte is amazing, but so is everything else I've had from here. Willie has some amazing creations and I'm looking forward to trying his hot options the next time I'm there.

The lavender latte was so delicious that I ordered it two days in a row during my short visit to Thomasville. Highly recommend this place!!
