Planet Fitness

I'm a big fan of this Planet Fitness location. Most of the staff are very friendly to me, and it's well maintained. For some reason they periodically have trouble with one of the toilets and the men's restroom, but it's working at the moment so hopefully they've taken care of that issue permanently. The maintenance of most of the equipment in the gym is good and consistent. While PF locations aren't designed for people who want to lift really heavy weights, they do have a good variety of equipment and represent a great value for being able to work out, especially if you need access to a lot of places along the road.

What a wonderful place to work out. You always feel welcomed by the professional staff, it is always clean, and there is a great variety of equipment to utilize. I highly recommend this gym.

Great staff, clean environment and equipment variety and condition.

I have been a member of several health and fitness clubs over the years. For the past several years I have kept my black card membership with the Planet Fitness chain. I have used this black card to visits clubs across the country, including San Francisco, Colorado Springs, Reno, NV, Panama City, and Albany, GA. In addition, I pay for two memberships for my daughter and son-in-law at a Planet Fitness in Colorado Springs. I believe that the quality of the equipment, the cleanliness and general atmosphere of the clubs, and the friendliness of the staff make it far above any other club in my experience.

I do think that your decision to remove the scales from the locker room was rather silly, and I miss the opportunity to track my weight loss progress while I am at the club. What will you do next, black out the indicator on the treadmill so that I can't see how fast I am running? I wish that you would re-install the scales, even if it is in some protected place in the black card area.

Very open, the machines are spread out nicely, great floorplan. The gym and restrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy parking and location.

Excellent place to go get your pump on! Very clean well kept facility with anything that you need to work out with. There's plenty of space for everyone and the people that work out there along with the staff if friendly and courteous. All around I'd give this place a far exceeds when it comes to what a gym should provide their paying customers.

Tonya is such a great person, and she’s very professional. There’s never a dull moment with her I love talking to her! She has awesome customer service. She makes sure we are doing great with our workout, and she has a heart of gold, and I love her personality she makes us feel very welcome at every visit!!!!❤❤✨✨🌈⭐⭐

I had a great experience at planet fitness. Avery was so patient with me and my son getting registered with the club. I'm so excited to be apart of something that I will benefit. Tonya was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked through the door she made us feel right at home. I’m from Chicago, IL which is a long way from here but Tonya made me feel like I haven’t even left. I loved her helpfulness, personality, and southern hospitality. Keep up the good work and I look forward to visiting this location again.

Love the down to earth staff. Place look clean. Needs to add toilet covers in bathroom. Love the spa quality of the Total Body Fitness and Tanning bed. I got on the Hydro Message bed. Omg it like feeling the jets of a jacuzzi without getting wet. Great workout on top of that. Wonderful visit with my guest.

Great staff and great members. I've only been here a couple of times so far and everyone is so nice. I love that for less than what I've paid at other gyms I get so much more here. I've been a member of gyms where for $30 or more all you get is workouts by yourself and tanning. At Planet Fitness you get that and so much more for less. This is truly a great environment for people who are trying to not only get in shape, but also build their self esteem.

Tonya is the best employee at Planet Fitness. Tonya made me feel special and part of the PF family. Over the weekend the gym was clean and lots of great equipment. Tonya showed the equipment and all the perks of the gym. Loved her and the gym. Will recommend PF to all my friends and to go see Tonya.

Best gym in Thomasville hands down. The gym is always clean, the staff are always kind and helpful. I haven’t met one staff member who doesn’t greet me with a smile and stops what they are doing to immediately help me when needed. I typically go to the gym between 8-10 am. Props to the morning staff!
