Climmie's H&M Bar-B-Que and Soul Food

Not smokey like Texas BBQ but best Southern BBQ I’ve had yet. Ribs, baked beans, and cabbage were all great. Excellent service at the walk up counter and nice screened patio to eat. Glad I made the stop.

A Hidden Gem in Thomasville. I Highly recommend this place, have been getting food from them since they started cooking at home. Ribs, chicken, baked pork chops are on point! BBQ SO GOOD MAKE YOU WANNA SLAP YO MAMA!

This place has wonderful soul food (smoked perfectly and sides seasoned well). The peach cobbler is AMAZING (real peaches and not too sweet) It's smokey and small inside but that just means that the food is legit. The outdoor screened in seating area is perfectly set up and wonderful in the cooler Fall weather. In the Summer months, this still would be a great place to grab something "to-go".

If I could give climmie’s ten thousand stars I would. So my family and I are visiting from miami. We’re in Thomasville this weekend for my wife’s aunt birthday party Saturday. We’ve been here since Thursday. I wanted some good bbq. I tried a bbq spot which I won’t even mention on this post. That place isn’t worthy of being mentioned in the same breath with Climmie’s. I reviewed that place however, because that’s what I do. I give accurate positive and negative reviews. The owner of that spot reached out to me 2 hours after I posted my review, not even worth responding. I checked with the receptionist at the hotel I’m staying at and she recommended Climmie’s. OH MY GOD, I felt redemption for the bad food I brought before. I got there early, I saw the reviews and I said I better get there early. Staff was so polite, I can’t say enough about the hospitality of the staff. I got a rib dinner and rib tip dinner, went back to my hotel. I tasted that food and oh my god, my wife woke up and tasted it. When we both like something we end up fighting over food lol. I met the husband and wife that operate Climmie’s, I hate I didn’t get their names for this review. They were amazing, I told them I might be back that same day and I was. My wife had to have some also, she would’ve ate all my food, lol, so we both went back the second time, in less than two hours lol. I don’t know when I will be back in Thomasville but there is only ONE place that I will eat when I return and it’s Climmie’s. I’d recommend them to anyone visiting the area. Just all around exceptional. Climmie’s actually made the trip for me more worthwhile. I told everyone back home about here. Thank you Climmie’s staff and owners for an amazing experience. The only thing I hate is that we had to leave Sunday to head back to south florida. Ashley (I didn’t get her name when we visited but saw her name on another review), told us that Sunday is the best day, more soul food. I see a review from a Marci, she stated she was there two days ago which would’ve been Sunday, I’m so jealous, lol, we will be back in Thomasville soon, and we will make soul food Sunday!!!!Bless you all.

Perfect bbq, inconspicuous no frill family run BBQ spot with outstanding sides and of course great meat. Was there on ribs day and they were juicy and tasty. Great, friendly service. Some of the best BBQ I’vehad outside of Texas.

This place is off the chain amazing!! I love how friendly everyone is . And the food is one of the best I've had in a long time .. you got to come and check it out .

We wanted to eat here for over a year but never made it till now.
So glad we did. The food is just incredible. We had Ribs and fried chicken with beans and Mac and cheese as side’s.
Everything was fantastic and the staff is so friendly. We felt like family.

One of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Good, down home cooking. Excellent food and great service. Today I got the pork chop dinner. It was enough for me to get 2 complete meals out of the order. The chops were the best I've ever had other than my mom's. Lightly breaded and perfectly seasoned. The veggies were perfect. I will probably eat here weekly.

Everything about this place makes it my favorite place to eat in Thomasville. Their dry rub is insanity and the oxtails are perfect. Every bite of every item I've tried is pure heaven and the portions are huge! The staff is super patient and kind, as well.

The people are really friendly. I believe Ashley is the owner and she was there both times I went, checking out her customers and making sure everything is perfect. I have been twice and got my food and made it back to my car within 10 minutes both times(although they also have seating on a covered porch if you want to dine in which is cool. The food is INCREDIBLE. If you want some really good food and you don’t wanna wait forever or spend a ton, just do yourself a favor and stop on in! My boys and I will be frequenting this place much more often now that I’ve found this little gem! Thanks Ashley and staff ❤

Where to begin...we stopped in for lunch today and had the roast, fried chicken, collard greens, lima beans, and Mac and cheese. All I can say is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Every bite I sighed with absolute contentment. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to pure perfection. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. If you are ever going through Thomasville you have to stop here! Sorry there are no pics, I didn't want to stop eating long enough to take any!!

My favorite place to get takeout in Thomasville. The fried chicken is perfection, the turkey wings and collard greens are to die for. The staff is super welcoming and the price extremely reasonable for the generous portions received. Best BBQ and Soul food in GA!!

Been searching for oxtails and got the surprise of chitterlins as well. Took a few days to consume, but well worth it. Have referred to family and friends. Will return soon.

The food is delicious and you get your money’s worth. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Good old fashion home cooked food!
