Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Minus the oceanfront Tropical Smoothie aims to bring a beach vibe. The ambiance is cool and delightful. I always stare at the menu for a minute or so before I order. There are many flavorful smoothies to choose from. Today, I tried the Kale apple slaw. It was light and delicious. The blimey limey put me in a tropic time mindset.

-This Location Is My Absolute Favorite. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE; All the staff are so nice & sooooo helpful…even if the restaurant is packed they still give the same energy. My usual order is the Açaí smoothie bowl, no bananas sub Mango, I also order the SunRise SunSet or Mango MaGic. I LOVE THIS location.

Best experience ever. Everyone was super polite and friendly. The one lady it think her name was Quin was all smiles and happy. I love to see happy workers. That means management takes care of them.

I was happily surprised with how great the food was. I had a Baja Chicken Wrap and it was bursting with so many flavors. Cilantro, pickled red onion, and more. I have also tried the Thai Chicken wrap and it was good too.

Silvia is always pleasant and embraces me with great energy. Since I've been back on the East coast It's been extremely difficult to get adapted to Smoothie King. Its less than 10 minutes away from me. I honestly don't care, I'll take the 30 minute hike to the nearest Tropical Cafe just so I can have natural fruit and not fructose additives. This is my favorite place to get smoothies that are satisfying and healthy.

I am ecstatic to have one of my favorite food spots finally here in town. I have searched since moving from Florida and the closest was in Jacksonville but today was the grand opening of a new one in Pooler! Being one of the first 50 winners to get smoothies for a year is the highlight of my day today!

This was our first time trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and we loved it! The food was good, and at great prices. The smoothies were SO tasty! I ordered the regular size for my kids, thinking I'd get their leftovers, but the drinks were so good, they drank it all! I can't wait to go back and try more of the smoothie flavors!

I love there summer smoothies! Never have had an issue with this location. Yeah the drive thru is super slow, but they are making smoothies made to order, so that is expected. If you're in a hurry, consider ordering via the app and go inside for pick up. It's unfortunate that a majority of the negative reviews are due to drive thru wait times.

Rude…. Treat you as if you are not a customer. I ask for the flavor straws and the young lady with an attitude says…. You have to pay for those. Well duh …. That’s why I asked. You didn’t upsell as an option so I asked and now don’t want my drink. Will not be returning to this location. I will wait when I visit Johns Creek to have tropical cafe.
Close this one down or get some good better trained people. Each time I visit this place it’s a horrible experience. They are either not serving food only smoothies in addition to their attitudes.
Just not a place I wish to visit. It’s as bad as the Pooler Walmart.

Return over the weekend with my sons and mother day out just to see if they improved their service. Seems like they are working on it. I give them five stars which is an excellent rating since the 1 star rating given from previous visit.

Great little place. Food is good. Very helpful. Associates smile and were friendly when I was there. I understand some people's frustrations, but we are still in a pandemic and patience is expected. They try to get orders out and accurately as quickly as possible. They do try to help you if your not happy with your order.. will be back again.

I always place and online pick up order and my food is always ready at the estimated time. This location gets quite busy because of the outlets, but the food and drinks are made in a respectable timely manner.

I get a smoothie here about three to four times a week since I work at Ulta right down the street from them. Well, today it tastes very sour and not what I usually order so I called and told them it didn’t taste right and I’m pretty positive it was the manager who told me I could come and pick another one up so I drove back over there and I didn’t even have to say who I was or that I called because she remembered me and a new smoothie was already waiting for me. Love this place and the people that work there!!

I love their food and their smoothies, I think the Bahama Mama is the best smoothie there, just my opinion. I had a couple of issues during my last two visits, but the manager was very nice in correcting it. I think there may be errors sometimes when they have new employees but this company should be rated high for best customer service.

I had the Cesar wrap with jalapeño corn and a Bahama Mama Smoothie, all were AMAZINGLY delicious!! My daughter had the Cesar salad and a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie, she was equally happy with hers! 10/10 recommend!

Food is always great. The employees could have a little more "love my job" attitude. You don't have to care but you can at least know your getting paid to pretend.... I've done restaurant my whole life and owned a restaurant (fake it) customers will spend more and come more.

I absolutely loved my experience here and will be coming back again! I love how close it is to the Tanger Outlets- it provides healthier options versus eating at Rise pies or Johnny Rockets; they provide nutrition information on everything on their menu which is also a plus. Not to mention the employees were extremely friendly and the space was sanitary!

This place is a hidden GEM in pooler!!! Delicious food, great smoothies, and it's all healthy but tastes better than any fast food chain. It's filling, super tasty, and good for you!! I'll definitely be eating here often! Highly recommend!!!

Was my favorite place to eat in Warner Robins, ga, so excited they finally brought one to Savannah!! Great place to eat fresh and healthy. Smoothies taste 1000 times better than smoothie King. Only down fall is how loud the cafe is. And it’s small so it’s easily crowded.
