So friendly and nice they were amazing. We were treated so nice by the sales lady Mor Lee. The process was very easy and we were out the door in under an hour after trying multiple chairs. They even let my daughter have the display teddy bear because she really wanted it! Highly recommend.

Brianna was very friendly, efficient, effective and had me instructed on use of my new nebulizer within ten minutes! Very thorough and helpful. They were ready for me shortly thereafter me calling ahead. Easy no hassle with my insurance company. Very professional and highly informative!

There’s a large selection of home medical equipment. The manager is very knowledgeable of the inventory and was able to show me several options for post-op care. My new equipment has made traveling so much easier and comfortable.

What an incredible company to handle your medical needs. They are very easy to work with and address any issues promptly. Recently we had an issue and they came right out. Cory and Alex were awesome. They were very personable, professional and took time to go over all our questions. Even had some confusion with a warranty and Broadway Medical went above and beyond to help us, when they didn’t have too. We would highly recommend them for all your medical needs!

The Oxygen for home use customer is supported by an efficient team. The delivery drivers are prompt, kind and efficient. Alex was sure to offer help above and beyond. One morning around 4:30 a.m. we had an equipment failure, placed a call to Broadway Medical, and in about half an hour their service rep was here with replacement equipment. Briana, Thank you for your assistance in securing the reclining wheelchair for my son in a record time. Your prompt action in following up with the Doctor's office, and dedication in navigating the insurance process were instrumental in ensuring that we received the equipment he needed in a timely manner. After the surgery this wheelchair was absolutely necessary to bring our son back from the hospital; it will also be useful to take him for any other appointments when he is in the Spica cast.

We have used Broadway Medical many times. Every time it's been the same. Their drivers are courteous, professional, competent and prompt. Everyone associated has been good but the delivery and pick up personnel have always been a cut above.

I needed a temporary wheelchair ramp for my Mom and after getting very little help from another place and a crazy high price quote from another, Broadway Medical had us fixed up on the same day I called them and for a very reasonable price. Staff is very helpful and friendly and their store has about everything medical you could need! Would for sure use them again!

It's no surprise that this business is such a busy place. Staff are polite, respectful, listen to what the customer needs and then provides options. Scheduling with April was easy. Kendall provided pictures and recommendations of the wheelchair access that would be most beneficial for what I needed.Scottie took time to demonstrate the products, locate the various items in the inventory available, and due to his thoroughness in providing the best service, located the item currently in stock. Scottie took the time and initiative to demonstrate the item's usefulness at my home. I was able to view options, discuss the best possible item to meet my circumstances, and then visualize it at my home. The wheelchair access enabled me to enjoy my weekend by having a method to bring my mother here for a visit!!! Can't find enough words to express my appreciation. What a business to have so many caring staff members employed.

Broadway Home Medical always go above and beyond. Tonight, Alex came after hours to set my Dad up with oxygen. He took time to explain and demonstrate how it works. He was kind and informative.

I was looking for a small medical alert device and Kyle steered me to MyID, and showed me he also uses it. I Love it! You guys had different colors and sizes available. He explained how to register online and how it works. It's a great comfort to see the employees trust and use the products that you sell.

Austin did a great job of helping me take care of a loved one. He was patient, knowledgeable and kind. My family is very appreciative of Broadway Medical and Austin for all the help.

I went to the West Central store looking for power lift chairs for my parents. Broadway Medical carries Golden Tech brand, the Cadillac of power lift chairs, made in the USA. I came to the store armed with measurements and a tape measure, as my parents could not try the chairs themselves. Amanda patiently showed me every chair on the showroom floor, even assisting by taking measurements. Then there was the question of simple vs advanced remote controls and fabrics. Since there was only one of the desired chairs in stock, Amanda located another chair in the desired color elsewhere for quick shipment. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected problem with the manufacturer website, I decided any color locally available would be okay. Amanda worked with the other Broadway Medical store to obtain that chair for me, as well as arranging delivery of both chairs. Corey and Ed delivered and setup the chairs in our living room. Broadway Medical provides this service at no extra cost. Well done, Broadway Medical and staff!

Broadway Home Medical West location is indeed my go to place for any medical equipment/item I may be in search of. I believe in true customer service (which is extremely lacking with a majority of companies these days) not only did they treat me with respect, but made me feel very welcome, like Family or a close Friend. One of my favorite purchases was a quality heating pad, I use often. Based on the customer service alone, I will be a repeat client.
